Food: I tried this chain for the first time. It's average. I had their Famous Star with Cheese and added bacon. The burger was on the plain side, and although it probably isn't, the bacon reminded me of what microwaved bacon must be like. Fries weren't salty nor super fresh--please note, I actually tried them right away to get a good idea of their food. Drink tasted like it was a little under syruped, but was still palatable. Service: went through the drive thru. Servers were nice, fast, and very polite. It was a good experience on this point. Price: my burger was on special and as a meal it was about 11 bucks, mind you I added bacon. I felt this was a fair price.

Lots of open parking spots. Walking in the store is clean and bright. Very nice decor. The cashier was welcoming and friendly. My kids being fussy eaters, each had to have the burger made a certain way. They dropped off the food at our table. They also checked how our food was. A big plus for a fast food place. The food was delicious. Amazing burgers, fries etc were all great. Great place with great staff. Stop in as we recommend this place
R	Rhonda Middaugh on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great service and even better food! Onion rings, chicken sandwich(only 3.99$) and the bbq bacon onion ring burger. The bbq sauce was perfect. Just the right amount of smokiness. I'll be going back with my girlfriend to try more menu items!!

Restaurant is very clean including washroom. Very pleasing to eat here as if you are eating in a fine restaurant not a fast food chain. Try it out and you won’t regret! You might end up coming back endlessly.

The debit card we did have on us was also not working (have been meaning to go to the bank to replace it but have just been using Apple Pay instead). Thought we were going to have to find a bank branch to replace the card and get food unfortunately. The employee helping us (Vince) actually offered to use his card and just let us email transfer him. Totally unexpected and a level of customer service I’ve never experienced in my life. Thank you so much Vince!

I don't know if it's only in this location... but I am very disappointed. The burger doesn't taste like before.......Also, super poorly served. Before, el Diablo burger had at least 3 jalapeño poppers and it was very good. Not anymore.
