β β β β β Some staff are great, but one I had twice now doesn't seem to care. Staff are supposed to layer the ingredients, cold cuts shouldn't be added as a single wad of meat.

β β β β β Tasty and fairly fast. When they ask to grill the wrap on the panini press next time it should be grilled not just kissed on the press. Other then thst it was delish

β β β β β Waited for 30 minutes to be served as thereβs only 1 staff and she had to fill all her online orders first. Suggestion - hire more people to work so customers arenβt waiting in the store for this long. Got 50% off because they were also out of the bread I wantedβ¦ didnβt feel the need to state they were out of specific things while I waited for that long.

β β β β β the staff are very friendly, and they always get my order right. however, with the addition of online delivery services, there are longer wait times. this is because they prioritize making those orders first before attending to in-store customers. other than that, the sandwiches are a very great value, and taste amazing.

β β β β β Notwithstanding that the food was good, the service or rather lack of, is concerning. With mobile and "Skip" or "UberEats", customers in the store are now no longer a priority. I stood in line watching the only person working prepare an order for "Skip", while myself and two other customers stood waiting. It took me nearly 25-minutes to get a 6" sub.
If business doesn't warrant additional staff, then adjust the business accordingly. The pictures that I have posted of the store include copious amounts of signs indicating that they are now offering in-store dining. I can't imagine how one person could not only handle additional orders, but also feel that they were safe. Hopefully the owner(s) will see this and other reviews that echo the same concern, and correct this

β β β β β Fresh good quality. (unlike the Cornwall Subway). Server was wearing mask on his chin. He was working alone and overwhelmed. Iβll go back as the food is good. Tip? Mask on next time!
