S	SPOCKdrones on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Rude receptionists. I don’t mind coming to see the doctor, but I really hate having to deal with the rude ladies at the front. Even on the phone you get the bad attitude.
A	Alex Kosteniuk on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I tried to see Dr. Serunkuma twice after hearing really good things. My first appointment I waited for OVER an hour. When I did finally see him, he rushed through my appointment. He then returned to the patient he was seeing before me. My last appointment, I waited for a full 30 minutes before leaving. When I told one of the ladies at the front desk that I was unable to wait any longer, I was informed that "there is only one more person before you". I very much understand that people have problems and need to talk to their doctor. I am 100% okay waiting a little bit to see the doctor if they are running behind. HOWEVER he should be booking patients in for a half hour appointment if it is required. The time management here is terrible. I will NOT be seeing him again.

Dr. Serunkuma is my family doctor now and I truly feel he cares about his patients and doesn't make me feel like an annoyance. Mar 31/2022 Disappointed my doctor is leaving to BC and my care will be turned over to another of their GP's. After all this time I find a great doctor and within a handful of years he leaves. Oh well, what does one do.

I am so incredibly thankful to have Dr. Ivan Serunkuma as my family doctor: what an incredibly intelligent, sensible, well-spoken, elegant and competent individual of a professional! And the two receptionists Lara and Levi (I hope I have spelled your names correctly, my sincerest apologies if I haven't)! are such kind, intelligent and competent professionals - and beautiful at that! Thank you for keeping our clinic so clean and tidy and you beautiful ladies' presence is the icing on the cake! Keep up the fantastic work, we appreciate you! <3

Dr. Ivan Serunkuma is possibly one of the best doctors in the WORLD: he is good at his craft, incredibly intelligent, classy and soft-spoken and one can easily surmise that he cares about his patients and wants them to lead the best possible life. We are so blessed to have him! The clinic is also clean and incredibly well-kept and the two receptionists are beautiful, kind and very intelligent and competent ladies who keep the clinic running so smoothly! Well done, keep up the fantastic work and we are very thankful!
