D	Dixit Panchal on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Looks good from outside but the service is below poor.. i order spicy harbernou from drive thru today and also waited at reserved but still the employees forgot to put bacon and cheese in burger and i saw that there were many employees working at night but still how could someone forget to put bacon and cheese in burger as i order. Even in the receipt it’s written. Very very poor service provided from the employees. Really disappointed.
L	Lorraine Mukli on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very clean. Blonde lady that took my order was very nice. Only problem with my food order is that I wanted more then one honey for my 6!! Nuggets and would of had to pay for more. Like really!! Lossen up , give extras at no charge. Another! Awful wooden forks that are used to eat with. It's like eating with wood. Real gross. Also at least plastic forks come covered in plastic and are alot sharper as well.

Moreover, our order was not complete. One darn whole meal was missed (didn't find it the bag). Didn't put ketchup in the bag although we asked her to do so.
A	Alana Culbert on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went through the drive though yesterday at 1044 pm, as I do everyday to get my coffee before I start work at 11pm, used the coupon for $1 coffee which came to $1.10. I gave the cashier $2.10 and was never given my change. When I phoned they gave me a code to use. Went to use the code and was told I was never there. I never spoke to anyone on the phone and The code is invalid. This has happened on numerous occasions. Clearly they need to pay their cashiers more since they steal the change from customers and refuse to own up to it
R	Rhonda Newton on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The first time I ate here when it first opened the food was hot and fresh. Since then it seems to get worse each time I have eaten here. Last time it took forever to receive the order and then my burger was so cold the cheese wasn't even melted. Fries were cold. Very disappointing....won't be back. All the McDonald's have decided not to allow dining in regina...not sure how rest of restaurants can manage this during covid except for them.

I realize corporate has expectations of getting orders through fast and worrying about the next car in line. However, if your too busy doing that, staff screws up orders and then repeat customers go some where else. Regina has an abundance of fast food joints with several other McDonald’s. If the quality of service keeps being below standards there will be no need to worry about the car behind the current once cuz they will be somewhere else.

High priority given to their drive-thu customers and delivery food companies (Door Dash, Skip, Uber) at the expense of customers who are actually inside the restaurant. Staff saw me and looked away. I was totally ignored until I made my order via the touchscreen machines.
P	Paul Elias on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Normally a very good location. Tonight the women working was extremely rude. Ordered a poutine with my meal and was given a fork. Not a big deal, mix ups happen. Go to the front counter to ask for a fork and the women working around 7:30pm (after finally being able to get her to acknowledge us multiple customers trying to get her attention because of mistakes) she blurted out "we don't have forks" and walked away. *Changed to a 1 star after spending the entire time eating listening to her scream at the staff about where things were and why things were being made.
