D	Daniel Young on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 50 minutes for a Door Dash delivery. I live 5 minutes away from the store. My order wasn't difficult. Horrible service.
K	Kris (Lancet11) on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ AVOID THIS PLACE, DONT READ IF SQUEAMISH I phoned McCarthy to order for pick up, and got transferred there. They told us 20 minute wait however we got there after 20 minutes and they still hadn’t started it so we had to wait. We were in there for 5 minutes before I notice something on the window sill, I got closer and discover it was a DEAD COCKROACH. After that I start looking harder found about 10 roaches in total just in the sitting area, 8 of them dead 2 of them still moving. After we told them we weren’t taking the food and wanted a refund they threatened to phone the police on us while hastily cleaning the windows and floors. We left sick to our stomachs and not hungry anymore. The pictures below are the ones I was able to take.
b	bunny girl on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ABSOLUTELY THE WORST EXPERIENCE I HAVE EVER HAD WITH A FOOD JOINT. 1 star is sooo generous! I have never been so morally disgusted. Let me explain... I make an online order to have it delivery to my house only a short drive away. This location was automatically chosen for my delivery so I regret not changing it. They charged my card and the estimated wait time was 40 minutes. An hour later, no response and my food isn’t anywhere to be seen. I call them to ask where my food is and the phone instantly went to dial up. I called three times and there was nothing... so I drove to the KFC. Parked my car and went into the musty, hot, and tiny waiting area. While waiting 5 minutes to be served, I’m over hearing the conversation from other customers making comments about me and my wardrobe choice. Terrible, sketchy environment! Finally I tell them my situation and another 5 minutes of confusion goes by till I get my food. Apparently they were waiting for a delivery driver to show up as my food was freezing on the counter. I did not want to wait another half hour so I’m glad I showed up. They forgot sauce and my 2L of Pepsi so they are extremely disorganized and horrible service. I leave and my parked vehicle gets it’s side mirror smashed by someone getting out of their vehicle while I’m walking back to it! If you have any respect for your well being, GO SOME PLACE ELSE! The hood is clearly out to get anyone who steps foot in it.

The clerk charges me $10, I explained its currently on sale for $4.39. She then says, ok - your total in $4.39. I go sit down. A few minutes later she says I will need to wait 15 minutes because all the chicken is frozen. Are you kidding!?!?? I've never heard anything so ridiculous at a restaurant. Absolutely the worst place.
S	Sapir Atiya on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Gave two only because the staff were nice. Ordered two Zingers, both of them we got with rotten lettuce. Ordered two drums sticks as well and it was clear they are not freshly made. There’s no place to sit (no tables or chairs ) so u can just take a way.
S	Sage Lonechild on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Poor service ever received on my life they don't do orders over the PHN they over charge even with coupons ripped us off our drinks didn't even pack it probably, poor hygiene paid 50 bucks just for kid size meals, very arguementive and no gloves while cooking omg will never go there again

The one draw back was the cashier, he stood there while waiting for us to decide our order. No smile, no greeting, just stood there as if he was bored and couldn't be bothered with customers.

After politely requesting my order, was stoically dismissed by being hung up on. No have a nice day or thank you. This is a picture of the cold food i received. Wouldn't recommend. Will be making a complaint further up the corporate ladder. Was the manager who decided that speaking to a customer was worthy of this treatment.
