C	Catherine Daguerre on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worse Subway I have ever been too. Went to order my sub and they don't have shredded chicken, Swiss cheese, spinach, and 4 of the other sauces I know of. The lettuce they put on my sub was brown good thing she only put on like 10 small shredded peaces of it so it was easy to take off. The family in front of me was having a similar problem but they wanted to upgrade their kids meal to chips because two of their kids were allergic to the cookies and even though you can upgrade at all the other subways this one wouldn't let them. They were both also working side by side making people's food with no masks on during covid. With zero regards of social distancing or the safety of the food.
B	Blackett Clan on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Phoned to order 2 Platters for the family so we can eat on the go while driving to Kinuseo Falls...and they say they won't take orders over the phone. It's the age of Covid19 and take out and pick up....so this is insane. We didn't spend money here... and would of got platters everyday for three days.... don't recommend. Wake Up Tumbler Ridge Subway.
l	labruski 420 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ horrible service. horrible attitudes from some of the staff, was ignored for 15 minutes by a younger girl with glasses when trying to make my order. this isnt the first time she has given me bad service and it makes me not want to return to this location. i love subway and i have had many great experiences at other locations but there are two employees at this location that are never friendly and it makes the experience horrible.

A	Aj C. on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I enjoy the food and the freshness of all the vegetables and produce at this store. The staff are very friendly and fast at making your order. Even when quite busy. The prices are good but Subway TRULY IS fast food. Have you ever seen an Interac machine ask for a tip at McDonald's? No. So I am only giving four stars for this review. I don't appreciate being asked for more money from a carefully calibrated price tag on the food and combos. Those prices are where they are to PAY for the employees. Not to ask for handouts. In my opinion I find the tip button on an Interac machine or on the bill at the end of a meal is equivalent to panhandling outside of a bank on the streets. I worked in kitchens and in the food industry most of my youth and even with that experience I never asked for tips and I am a little disturbed that it is a common culture and practice in our society now.
H	Heidi Sadlier on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very poor service! And quality of food was not good. I've gone there twice in the last 3 months. Used to be almost daily when they had great service and staff ! I went there again today and was treated poorly as I was the last time as well. By 2 different people. the BLTs she made for us only had bacon today for meat. I then asked for the container of assorted cookies that I have been buying from Subway for many years. She pulled out the tray from the back room and threw 2 kinds of cookies in a box.. I asked where the Double Chocolate and the oatmeal raisin cookies were and she said they've never been in the containers of assorted cookies..I tried to tell her I've been buying them that way for ever. She finally threw 2 oatmeal rain cookies in a bag for me. I get home and every single one of them was dried out... her demeanor is not good for when it comes to dealing with the public.. I will not be back to this location til something changes there..

Over the years it has had a steady decline in quality of the service as far as making a decent sandwich. (Which is not very difficult because the old employees always did a great job) and the employees are for the most part very rude despite the fact that I was always pleasant on my part. I have tally to many people about it and we all agree it is just not a place that we can enjoy anymore because the food is usually very low quality because of lack of care. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE FOR LUNCH!!!! Ps. not everyone that works there is so bed you might get lucky and get what you ask for sometimes!
