★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The rental property side was willing to prorate rent to move me in partly into the month. They were NOT willing to prorate on my moving out partly into the month however. Which is a terrible stipulation. I lost $850. That is a lot of money. I gave tons of notification to add.
Trying to get a hold of the realtor was an absolute pain.
However, I got my full damage deposit back without hassle when I moved out. And when I DID get a hold of someone, they were nice and helpful.
