M	Melvin Haughey on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My experience here was the worst I’ve ever had at a Subway. The two staff on duty at lunchtime on 4/11/19 were bickering with one another whilst we sat eating. The gents toilet was extremely dirty and in pieces whilst the ladies toilet was locked. The trays were heaped up and when I was served there were no clean trays left to put my food on. There wasn’t a clean seat or table in the restaurant and the yard outside was strewn with litter everywhere. To top it off the double chicken chopped salad has given me diarrhoea like I’ve never had before which seriously brings into question the hygiene of the staff. I have stomach of cast iron and can normally eat anything but what I ate there yesterday has rendered me to the washroom half a dozen times already. In the thirteen years I’ve lived in Canada I don’t recall ever visiting a Subway like this one. It won’t deter me from eating at Subway but I shall never enter the establishment in Lockport again.

c	corey matthews on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Subway has brought back the large fluffy microwaved eggs of yesteryear. They only give you 1 cut in half on a 6" sandwich which send a little meager. You can get a breakfast sandwich on an English muffin though, and you get a whole egg and at a reasonable price. I found that they didn't heat the egg enough though, so if you like a warm egg, ask for the egg to be heated before the toasting process begins

The reviews must be people writing them as a favor to the owner/management. Every single time service has been subpar in terms of speed, incompetent staff, cleanliness, or freshness of products. The quality of food is some of the absolute worst. You would be better off throwing $20-$30 off the bridge than spending it at this location.
g	gurleen kaur on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst service. Washrooms were disgusting. I have never seen anything like that before. There was algae sticking in commode, bins were overflowing with garbage. On complaining the server, i was told that it was a city water. It was definitely not an excuse. No apologies at all from her side. Also while preparing my sandwich, she was pretty rude and literally threw salt and pepper on it. Very much disappointed.

Everything from the service to the taste of the food I enjoyed very much here. I'm very impressed thank you very much guys.
