★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I don't usually have a problem here, however I had a little annoyance the other day. I did a mobile order as I had my 3 kids with me. I then waited for about 25 minutes for 3 happy meals. There was a lad bringing out delayed orders for the drive-thru folks. So, I went inside and spoke to the lady at the counter who told me the screens for Mobile orders weren't working. I asked her how long I was supposed to sit there before being told that they weren't working, and then asked why there were no signs up. No answer.
Long story boring, had to re-order the food, and not even an offer for a coupon or anything. I wouldn't have taken it, but there should have at least been an offer.
Otherwise, one of the better McD's I've been to.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The tamale on the drive through mic had such a strong accent I could not understand her. She obviously didn't understand me either because she add to my order. I caught it but the point is there needs to be someone at the drive through that speaks and understand English better.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Used the drive through, had our order repeated. Get to the pick up window, totally messed up the order. 3 coffee instead of 2 and no food. No time to dispute or wait for food. Seems like every visit there is an issue. So much for fast food. Avoid I possible

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Completely got our order wrong. We asked for two smartie mcflurries and that gave us two Oreo…. And one with smarties added in. We NEVER mentioned Oreo during our order. Frustrating service

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Food is what you expect when coming to McDonald's. But the service time is always bad even if you're the only person in drive thru. Don't get me even started on the constant having to drive forward ?.
Edit:3/29/2022 drive through time has improved significantly

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This isn’t the first time they have been careless with peoples orders but this is just disgusting. I ordered the seriously chicken crispy BLT and the bun had mold on it! Then they tried to tell me that no there isn’t mold, while I was looking at it and smelling it!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had coupons, and because of the wording; she wouldn't accept them being 2 days expired. It's getting so expensive for a family of 4 to have a treat. And my hashbrown was stuck to the paper. Half of it stayed on the paper. Other locations take coupons expired and usually give me the coupon back! Disappointed visit

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We had a hockey tournament in St Andrews community club so we went to Selkirk for lunch. The kids picked McDonald's and I am usually not impressed with the staff at alot of fast food establishments. The two women working the front counter were absolutely wonderful. I was able to read one name tag "Faith". Faith was at the til and she was very nice and fast. Nothing on our order was missed and she even came to wipe our table. When we left she told us to have a nice day! A pleasant experience around a busy time of day for them!
