Ordered a foot long and they only put 3 pieces of Turkey on my sandwich. They are supposed to put 6 on a foot long and 3 on a 6 inch. Toppings are put on super messy and staff looked bored and irritated, like they didnt want to be there. No smiles or anything, just the bare minimum. Will try to avoid this subway and stick to the one on lakeshore where the staff are always friendly.

I have been eating at thus subway for awhile, the staff are very nice and have always gotten my order correct.

Don't go after 11pm if you're in a rush. Only one staff from then on and super slow. Only 3 people ahead of me and 6 subs, and it took over 15 mins to even get to the beginning of making my sub! Should definitely ALWAYS have 2 staff! No matter how slow or busy!

so, went in today for lunch. to start, the staff were both in the back and I was told to wait. about 10 minutes before anyone spoke to me, and it was literally just as I was about to walk away. placed my order, then get told they don't do certain things certain ways anymore. which is bs, as I walk into any other subway, no issue. I believe what I asked for just one extra step of work, and the girl didn't want to do it. at any rate... placed my order, looked at the toppings and said no to the tomatoes, as they looked mushy, on the verge of being rotten. the guy tried to tell me...tomatoes lose juice when cut, so that's why they looked like they should've been in the dumpster instead of being served to customers. had the sub, 20 minutes later I'm sick. great, food poisoning. this location...never again.

Love the Italian bmt on italian herb and cheddar. The workers there are sweethearts. Attentive to new customers coming into the store. Fast efficent service. I have never been disappointed. This location is a must try!

A typical Subway, but really nice friendly night staff. Nice to be able to go there after a long day of work, not have to cook, get a quick meal and be greeted by such nice people. I have never been there during peak periods, and it would make logical sense if it's a busy peak period, you are going to have to wait a little longer, just like you would anywhere else.

Amazing staff both at Subway and Circle K! It's always a pleasure to swing by here noatter the time of day! Subway offers great online ordering service through their app also! Makes it very painless to pick up a meal on the go! This is the Fisher / Ferguson neighbourhood's corner store hotspot! Everyone's go-to for daily munchies & cravings!

So when I walked into the Subway store there were like 3 customers ahead of me. I waited in line for what seemed like forever, which is fine I understand the customers ahead of me take priority. Once the last customer ahead me paid for their order the guy behind the counter looks at me, and instead of taking my order he says to me "I have to go to the back for a second." Then he leaves and heads into the back. I wait for about 2 to 3 minutes then he comes back out, and starts to take my order. I asked if I could have a Turkey Sub. The guy behind the counter looks at the container with a tiny bit of Turkey left in the pot, opens up the back fridge and then says to me. "Sorry there isn't enough Turkey to make you a Turkey Sub." (Implying I will have to order something else.) So I reply to him "OK I am good then I guess." and I leave the store and head over to A&W who got the sale by the way. I find it unacceptable that if there isn't enough product (in this case Turkey left in the container) the person behind the counter expects you to pick another type of sub to eat, just because they don't have enough product left in the container. I am the customer if I want a certain type of sub, and there isn't enough product in the container they should make some more of that product. So that the customer gets what they want. I work as a Housekeeper at my local a hospital. When my boss asks me to clean the floor I don't say "Sorry I can't find the mop, but I can do something else for you instead if you want." I find it very lazy and disrespectful to the customer to expect the customer to pick a different sub they don't want, just because the person behind the counter is to lazy to get more product. If this happens to me again I will take my business else where, as I did that night on May 14, 2021 at 12:15am. a very dissatisfied customer.
