★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Customers should be allowed to shop until 9:00 PM, but the employees at this store do not allow that. At 8:55 PM, the employee stood at the end of the row and stared at me. Staff not familiar with merchandise.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Prev. 5 stars. Overall just been a very frustrating experience lately. I keep getting conflicting news from each person I speak to over the weeks about renewing different medications. I don't think some people realize how hard this can be on someone who relies on medications to function.

They also have great customer service and do not put everyone in the same basket, as i sometimes am on my bike and carry a backpack. The pharmacists are also very professional, friendly and helpful as well.???

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Canada Post uses the Fisher Street Rexal near my residence. On 2 occasions where I have paid more than $20 for delivery, the driver knocks at my door and leaves before I can get to the door, only to leave a notice telling me to pick up my delivery item at the Rexall. So I called Rexall and the person at the counter had no idea, so the supervisor accused me of yelling at her and hung up on me. I wasn't yelling. I was speaking loudly because there was noise in the background. Canada Post help line said that anything that requires a signature goes back to the Rexall because of covid! WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER. I AM NEVER DEALING WITH CANADA POAT EVER AGAIN. I WILL PAY EXTRA FOR UPS
