โ โ โ โ โ I girl was helping me. While closing the sandwich she put her fingers pushing veggies inside and packing it. It was so weird i asked her that she cannot put her fingers in it you have to use a small knife to pack it . She said me that i m trained like this we can put fingers in sandwich.
I asked for manager's number and she never returned with it. She told me that their manager train them.
Poor customer service. They have no intentions to greet customer or invite them back with there good work. It felt like the management do not care. I recommend not to go there.

โ โ โ โ โ The customer service was excellent by the gentleman Sukhpreet Singh. He was really humble and helpful and made my experience the best at this location. He did a great job! As, I don't eat egg so he help while adding sauces too. He made it with proper hygiene. Thanks to you to have such a wonderful staff at your store.

โ โ โ โ โ I love the 24 hour schedule. This location offers the deal for the falafel sub which I appreciate. The staff member was very profesdional and listened to each direction. Thanks for the great experience today.

โ โ โ โ โ A female staff was so rude and unprofessional. She was putting wrong sauce which I didn't ask. So, I said again. But she didn't apologize nor said anything. She even didn't look at me. Then when I was paying, she added tips by 20% (I calculated later) by herself without asking. I thought it was tax in the first place (the differnce in number between what she told me and what showed on the card reader). So, I just paid and waited for the receipt. However, she did't give me a receipt but right away turned around and did some meaningless job. I asked my receipt to another guy and saw the tips in the receipt. When I asked her why she added tips without asking, she denied. She said I did. I swear that I didn't touch anything.The whole amout of payment including tips just poped up on the machine. Then, when I told her to cancel it, she snatched the receipt from me with silence and handed it to someone like manager. I cancelled tips eventually, but it was so unpleasant experience. I normally tip in anyplace even when I take away food. But, this place is awful. I know that you have a good location, so you might think it is ok however you work. People will still come, right? But your attitude was really inappropriate. The male worker was fine.

Way healthier than McDonald's across the street, way more affordable than the usual Robson options, no 15 minute lunchtime line up like the trend of the month spots.
Cheap, fast, fresh. Pretty much what everyone really wants at lunch hour.

โ โ โ โ โ I visited this Subway a few times. One time, a guy was working there and he was very helpful and nice. I would really love to give this place a higher rating because of him. But one other staff (a girl) screamed at me several times because she wanted me to order right away even though I said I was still deciding.
There was only one other customer in the store besides me and my boyfriend. I wasn't even in line but my boyfriend was ordering at the time and she kept rushing me to order at the same time as him. I was farther back since I was still deciding, so I don't know why she was rushing me. The other customer was also still deciding too. She kept screaming "WHAT WHAT DO YOU WANT?!" and when I said "Nevermind, I don't want anything" she then proceeded to look really irritated. This happened a few months ago and I was just reminded by a friend about this.
Haven't been back since.
