James was an excellent showroom host and took his time to walk us through all the options. Highly recommend.

I had placed my order in November of 2020 and it was supposed to be delivered in April of 2021. First, in January of 2021 I find out that the oven I had ordered is not available anymore. I am then told to make adjustments to have the newer model fit in which is no longer possible because the cabinetry was already installed. After that I receive no word of what is happening with the oven until March. I also find out that my refrigerator is now delayed by a month. Fast forward to May, I again find out that the refrigerator will be delayed until August. In July I receive an email that my refrigerator will be delivered. On the day of delivery I then find out my refrigerator was damaged and that the next delivery date will be in early August. As of now I have not received any delivery date confirmation. This is completely unacceptable as to why I have never received any updates regarding my order. I've emailed numerous times and dont receive a reply. I've called numerous times to only be told that I will be receiving a call back which I never do. What I also don't understand is why after 9 months since placing my order and 4 months after my original delivery date, do I not have my refrigerator yet.

Would rate customer service even lower if possible. Ordered Wolf cooktop in March 2021 which has been rescheduled too many times to count. No clear sign when we will receive our unit. We are only informed 1 week prior to delivery that it’s rescheduled again. For a prestige brand, it’s shocking how bad their customer service is. Continue to leave a bad taste in people’s mouths and they’ll move on.

Bought a complete set of wolf appliances in June 2021. After demanding that you pay 30 days before delivery. Payment was made in October of 2021. Part of the order was delivered about six months later. The other part of the delivery arrived yesterday, May 2022 almost a year after placing order. The fridge and stove was left in the middle of the kitchen with the door panels left in the middle of living room floor and told not to move them. My home is going to remain in this state for the weekend with the installer schedule to do the installation May 9,2022 . I cannot use my kitchen and living room over the mothers day weekend. The warming draw was installed months ago in Feb 2022 and will not close properly from day one. The warming draw when closed would not close all the way to line up with the double oven over above. The service individual noted that although it will not close all the way it was working and there is nothing he is going to do to fix it. Don't buy any sub-zero or wolf product they tell you will enjoy the experience but it has been a nightmare. If I had to do it again I would avoid these appliances. Not recommended.

Wolf need to sort out their inventories, ordered my fridge in Dec 2020 and yet they are still nowhere to be seen. Just got email for further delaying the delivery into April which is totally unacceptable. Better bring your money elsewhere like Miele or other brands.

The brand is definitely overrated! My daughter and I have the same fridge both have the same heater problem/frost built up/ice maker stop working/freezer drawer light went off, all these happened not long after the warranty expired. Clearly this is a manufacturing problem, once the warranty has expired you are on your own, very disappointing!

We had the pleasure of visiting the showroom and being assisted by Reggie. He was very knowledgeable and explained the details of all the appliances we were interested in. We also had the exciting opportunity to attend a product demo with James and Chef Alana. They were highly professional and took the time to curate a delicious meal for us to highlight the features of the appliances. We are so excited for our new Wolf/Sub-Zero appliances.

Subzero is the worst when it comes to customer service. For a company with a high end appliances, their customer service needs to be reviewed. You are completely on your own after purchasing an appliance. Staff will say they will call you back.. no one does, staff will say they will send you and email.. no one does. Never deal with Heather or Vanessa. Both are completely useless. Will never call you back, don't respond to emails don't take their work seriously enough. Sub Zero needs to re-visit their company policies in terms of customer service or they will soon be out of business if customers keep experiencing this type of service. I even asked that i be given the email of the owner or management team as i am completely disappointed with their entire service from start to finish. This is not a 1 star rating more a zero star rating.
