R	Ryan on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If i could give less than a star I would. First i would like to say that at first impression the staff and store owner were very pleasant to deal with. We went in to inquire about a custom Sherwani for our wedding, they took measurements and sent the order off. We showed them one in the store (Blue picture) that we wanted it to be based off but made in white. What we received was so bad however it could not be worn to a wedding. The middle section looked like a burlap sac and was heavily wrinkled, it was also stained in many places and looked like it had been used with heavy staining along the collar (Also Pictured). When we asked about recourse the owner basically said too bad, that's what you ordered and that we were out our deposit. With only a week before we were flying out to be married we didn't have many options but ended up finding an off the rack that fit well at another retailer in the complex called Jerry's Fashions. I personally wouldn't recommend dealing with this store unless you are buying something they have in stock there. I am disappointed they were not able to make our experience right especially when in addition to the Sherwani we also purchased jewelry, and multiple other guest Sherwani's.

They would let me try on a langha saying I’m too fat abd that the dress is made for only Indian people!! So disgusting that they could be so heartless. I’m so angry I’m thinking of taking my story to global news!

They even stitched the suit for me in a short time period. I was happy with the suit itself as well as the fitting. Great staff and prices??
A	Amirah Akbar on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Don’t even bother with this place, they are just TERRIBLE at customer service. I had 2 terrible encounter with them during the same month. Firstly, they had an outfit which was missing tons of gems (7) and I asked them if they can knock off $10 off it and I can fix it on my own… the owner flat out said “no” and I was really shocked! As customers, my friend had to use the bathroom as she has a medical problem and the owner… AGAIN told her no. Secondly, I was really desperate to find an outfit for an event and this place was the best I could do in terms of pricing and sizing. So… I paid to get mine and my moms outfit made as it was unstitched and I paid for everything upfront. My mom went to pick up our clothes 2 weeks later and they told her that I didn’t pay for anything! The owner literally said I had to come and pay which I told her that I paid for everything the day I placed my order and if there’s anything outstanding I’m not paying for because I did ask you if there’s anything else. My mom doesn’t even like her clothes much and mine had to get fixed. For a place that charges $84 for tailoring should do a good job from the start. Save your money and go elsewhere.
