Please don't waste your money by visiting this store.First of all, store have wrong phone no.everywhere and I was calling her(the owner) back again for continous 3 days on the same no.from where she called me and also what they have online,On the bag and on everywhere finaly when I get hold of her she said we have other phone no. that we use owner was not accepting her mistake that she forgot to gave me the correct number. They don't how to satisfy their customer's needs and they don't tell what are the service they have when I go there and then I came to realise after the stitching. After giving them back for 3 times alteration my plazzo was not fixed how the plazzo's are actually. So it's better to spend little more on other stores rather than stuck with this store. I learnt my lesson . Good luck.

It's was very wonderful experience they helped me find the perfect outfit within my budget and matching jewelry and heels. I looked so amazing and all the guests at my birthday party complimented me on my outfit.

I visited this store today. Their customer service is excellent with warm welcome. Women clothing rates are reasonable and exceptional especially on designer suits, fashion shoes and jewellery. I loved it.

I would not recommend this store to anyone! The owners daughter showed me an outfit and initially told me her mom sewed it and if I want that style outfit I can purchase material and give it to her to get sewn. The outfit she showed me was stitched very well with details like piping on neck, sleeves and the bottom. The outfit had buttons made with same material as the outfit. I purchased material and came back to the store and this time her mom (owner) was there and then I found out they her mom isn’t the one sewing it they have someone that they give it to. Even with the red flags of the lies that I caught them saying I was stupid and made a full payment for $84 with tax for the stitching of just making a top. The daughter reassured me and said, that I’ll have no complaints and it will be made exactly like the outfit she had in the store. When I picked up the outfit, it was nothing like the outfit that it was suppose to look like and there was no piping and no buttons and it was legit the crappiest sewing job I’ve seen. It looked like something a person that does not know how to sew did. The neck was hand done and not even properly round and they did something weird with the bottom part. They knew all along they were not going to be able to deliver what they promised and basically just scammed me of my money. When i picked up the daughter was not in the store and the owner went to the back when she saw me and I had to ask her employee to ask her to come to front. I had a gut feeling these people were shady but I didn’t listen to my gut and thought I would give them a try. The owner did not offer anything, not even an apology, she instead told me to F off when our conversation got heated. At that point I left the store. If you lie to your customer and make them pay in full and then not deliver and then swear at them because they are not happy and frustrated, that’s just pathetic customer service. I have only lost a small amount of money with them and learnt my lesson. These people are legit scammers but cheating people will never get you far and will catch up to you. This review is to help someone else not get cheated like me. They get zero stars from me, I have to give them one star in order to post this.

I got a gown from Vancouver for my pre wedding shoot and the sales person tricked me by selling that and didn’t inform me that the alterations are extra. I asked her twice but she told me that she won’t charge me anything but after sale she sent me to her alterations shop in new west minster where they asked me to pay $200 for alterations for a $220 dress. When I tried to return the dress to her since she tricked me in this , she refused to give me refund. Why would I buy a $220 and do $200 alterations on it? Makes no sense but she kept fighting with me and refused to take it back. I went to so many stores in payal business centre to ask if anybody can alter my dress but most of the store refused saying its ‘gora’ stitched dress and can’t be fixed. I was so stressed since my pre wedding shoot was in two days and I was stuck. Luckily went to this store. The owner is too kind. She charged me $60 and did a wonderful job. I was waiting for my pictures to come so that I could post them along. But Photographer is taking too long so I thought I should post this review. These guys are wonderful and very helpful. The lady who fixed my dress is very skillful . They saved me pre wedding shoot and my money. I highly recommend this store for stitchings and other stuff. Wonderful and clean atmosphere. Very kind customer service and always helpful. This store was able to order the specifics of what we were looking for. They are well known in this industry for their honest prices and have contacts that will get you what you want within your price range. They seem to always be up to date in the latest designs for men and women. Outstanding! Will come again.

They did a fantastic job on alteration service i needed on my lehnga for the Diwali festival. They did it in a timely manner. Loved the job and how i looked in it! Would recommend this place! Their customer service is also really great! would definitely go back for more purchases!
