J	Just Keep Smiling on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Elegance and Grace! Glam 5 is the most exquisite boutiques in Surrey that offers the most unique designed outfits from Indian glam to trendy pakistani suits. I had he pleasure to have a private consultation with the one and only Raj, owner of Glam 5 who personalized all my wedding outfits curating each piece with the essence of my style. She has the perfect eye to catch your style and will assist you personally in putting together pieces for your special occasion. Not to mention the gorgeous jewelry that carries so beautifully with all her designs! If there is anyone with such creativity of authenticity in Indian clothing it has to be Glam 5!
S	SIMRAN KAMBOH on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Avoid this boutique at all costs! Worst experience ever!! I did the mistake of trusting the owner, Raj for my reception outfit and the experience was a disaster. I got all my outfits custom made from Surrey itself, but never experienced anything close to this. Firstly, she never even showed me the swatch, she approved it by herself. Luckily I asked her for the swatch, and when she sent me the picture, it was NOT OK. When I asked her for alternatives, the quality of fabrics sent was not worth the amount I was paying. She also offered me to take a “store credit” but not for the deposit I paid, it was offered for the entire amount of the outfit. This offer was crazy because why I am paying someone $2200 for something they did not even start making yet. The quality and customer service is prolly the worst in all of Surrey! I regret I ever visited this store and trusted this lady. Update- it was just not me but anyone I told about her in surrey including the wedding vendor page on Facebook, I got the same review!! Also when I asked her to show me samples of bridal gowns she’s made, she has nothing to show me (only suits). If her services were good, I would be crazy to try to go other vendor after paying her the deposit and going thru so much fuss. This is the last thing any bride would want to be worries about. Unfortunate enough that this lady is still in the business with such an attitude.

I was amazed to see such a wonderful and caring business owner who takes so keen interest in getting you the best value for your money. BEST BOUTIQUE AND BEST OWNER. I WOULD LIKE TO COMMENT ON TWO REVIEWS WHERE SOMEONE HAVE MENTIONED ABOUT OWNER BEING RUDE OR NOT PROVIDING QUALITY. ANYONE CAN VOUCH FOR RAJ AND HER BEHAVIOUR. SHE IS ONE OF THE MOST POLITIST, POSITIVE, CHEERFUL BUSINESS OWNERS AND ABSOLUTELY COOL HEADED AS I WAS VERY DEMANDING AND PRICE CAUTIOUS CUSTOMER BUT THE WAY RAJ DEALT AND GAVE ME NOT ONLY DISCOUNTS BUT WENT EXTRA MILE TO SPEND TIME TO CREATE BEST DESIGNER DRESSES FOR ME. ANYONE SAYING HER RUDE OR UNETHICAL NEEDS PSYCHOLOGICAL EVALUATION. I WONDER WHY SOMEONE LIKE S C WILL WRITE SUCH COMMENTS BECAUSE ANYONE TRYING TO BE CHEAP WITH A RESPECTABLE WOMAN; DESRVES THAT TYPE OF TREATMENT. Apologies for writing this as it was so absurd to read something which is just not true about a lady.

She took my vision and added her unique touch and I was blown away when I saw the final work. I wore my length three years ago and still get complements to this day for my look. A	A P on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The suits in this place are different and the material is unique if its your thing, but the owner has a energy about her that is just as unique; simply uninviting and very heavy. I understand that customer service isn't a thing in many stores' in the payal center, but she isn't everyone's cup of tea. I sense a entitlement factor and a facade of upperclass but in today's day and Era we are infact all the same. The fact that a store can cause one to feel so negative is sad considering the clothes are unique but the ownership and tailorship has to match for the correct service in the market.
