★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The worst place to shop and they don't even deserve a one star rating. Terrible customer service and owner doesn't respond to calls or text messages, no refund policy. I would recommend shoppers to go to Bhatia Fashions and experience the customer service and quality for the money being spent...definitely worth it!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Terrible customer service, custom made outfits didn’t arrive until one month after my wedding. No one communicated to my that they would not be ready & they refused to return my deposit for the outfits that I no longer need. Horrible experience - Do not recommend

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I visited this store not many days ago, needless to say, their customer service and clothing line far exceeds anyone else's. As for the quality of their custom made outfits, no words are necessary, nor will suffice. After receiving such exceptional customer service, I can assert that my family, relatives and I would never step foot in any other store. For those scared to shop in stores in this unprecedented situation, should have no cause to worry about their sanitization measures among other preventive steps. They painstakingly ensure that each and every frequently touched surface, and clothing items are thoroughly sanitized. Lastly, they made sure my outfits are delievered to my doorstep inspite of the unforseen shipping delays engendered by this pandemic. Keep up the good work :)
