I went there for getting iPhone 13 pro and the sales rep Kajal Sharma guided me that phone is not in stock and can order for me and phone will be ready to pickup in 3 days and asked for $50 deposit, she was so nice to me and my family and was playing with my kid. I waited for 3 days and called them but they said phone in not in yet and said me to wait after a week I been there to check the status and the same sales rep refused to identify me and said "who are you" straight up. I ask her give me my that you were suppose the give in three days of giving deposit I said ok give me my deposit back and she totally denied the refund. I talked to TELUS Customer service about that and then after talking to them store agreed to give me my refund over the phone when I been to the store again sales rep said my manger can issue you the refund and he is not here even though the manger was clearly visible sitting in the back. Store also give me the receipt that has wrong address on it and no where says non refundable I am attaching the receipt in here for your reference. Stay away from this fraudsters.

worst customer service
she was very polite on the day i got the deal then i got an issue with my number and tried to reach her. but since then she’s ignoring my calls and lied to me that she’s working on my issue and a guy was sitting there told me same. i visit store many times and its been a month my issue has not been resolved. i will give negative stars for her.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went to this telus store at the ending of October, I dealt with Kajal Sharma She sold me a phone with the watch, Samsung S21 but she told me they didn't have any watches in stock so I'd have to wait 2 weeks. I waited and then phoned to check if my watch had come in. It never did finally 2 weeks ago I get a call and the gentleman tells me my apple watch has come in, and right away I inform him that I have a Samsung phone so I don't think the Apple watch is for me so he says to me he'll get an order put in and, so 2 weeks later I go into the store to pick up my Samsung watch only to be charged and givin the same APPLE watch they phoned me about 2 weeks ago????? Now they refuse to refund me and they require me to pay another $150 to return the watch kajal was so rude and threatened to call the cops but wouldn't admit she made a mistake in ordering the wrong watch. SO then when I'm trying to phone telus because that what kajal is telling me to do she proceeds to tell me i have to phone telus outside the store and its -10 outside! Terrible service SO PLEASE I BEG YOU DONT GO TO THIS STORE THEY WILL SCAM AND TAKE YOUR MONEY.

Kajal is one of the best sales professional I ever dealt with. She is very polite, well mannered and has good customer skills. She offered me the best plan, which I was looking for and explained me all in and outs and never forced me to buy anything. I am very impressed with her customer service. I am giving her five stars for her excellent representation for Telus.
