★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was super disappointed with studio nails. I went by the reviews saying how it is the best place in Camrose for a pedicure. Based on the reviews my mom and I went as she has never had a pedicure so we thought this would be nice. I was lucky to have a nice girl but my mom had the worst pedicure I have ever seen. Visiting from Toronto I was appalled at the treatment he gave her. first was so rough! I wish I knew his name. He then cut her toe and it was bleeding, did not even apologize, all her toes were uneven and he was rushing through it and it totally looked that way. Not to mention the flies crawling on us during our service.
I never leave bad reviews but this was needed as the man at studio nails was horrible, rough and very rude. He did not need to be like that. While we were at the drying station an other woman overheard our conversation and said they cut her too, and it wasn’t great and it hurt.
Studio nails you need to care a little more about your clientele and provide better service! Your a nail salon and a reputation is important. I believe there are good people that work there, however this man should not be doing nails. Very unprofessional.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ So they were super friendly but the lady who did my pedicure cut me a few times.... and now my big toe is infected... Like throbbing and swollen and I tried all the home remedies. I ended up getting a fever and I think I’m gonna need antibiotics for this... so... that sucks :(
I’ve been once before and I had a decent experience. My second time was bad though...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Felt like a very relaxing experience for the pedicure, I felt pampered unfortunately but feet cane out in rougher shape than I showed up, I don't like the grater tool they use, wish they used a callous shaver tool instead cause my feet feel torn up and shredded. I didn't notice that I was half hour away. So that makes me sad I was really hoping to enjoy my new bedding but now I think my feet will just catch on to the material ..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ i have gone here a few times now, and every time i’ve been happy with my nails! they are very good at what they do and the workers are very nice and gentle! would definitely recommend this place to get acrylics done!
got my eyebrows waxed by april too, did an amazing job, couldn’t be happier with my brows and nails!

The nail tech, April, was super sweet and funny, she did an amazing job on my nails by just showing her a photo of what I wanted. Definitely one of the better nail salons I have been to.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The people are good but quality of work is poor. After numerous times having my nails done, I’ve noticed a nail always falls off within a couple days and one breaks within a week, I’ve had my nails done for years and this is the only place I’ve experienced these issues.
