★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sales Service 1 out of 5. Some employee's just don't care much for customer service & gives you the minimum. Not something i 'm look for when i spend thousands of $$$. Return policy 1 out of 5. It says 30 days on your billing but omits to mention not on all items. I lost big money on my return cuz i was not satisfied with my product. I tried to give them the benefit of the doubt & ordered what i wanted & paid in full. 4 weeks & i had to call them many times over. In the end my product is in back order & they have no idea when they can get it. Fine for the back order but could you have at least let me know on the first week instead of telling me orders in next week every time i call & making me wait. & they wonder why we order online & don't support our locals stores anymore. Well this is why. Good luck, never going back ...

They sold me my very first piece of gear years ago and took the time to make sure I was setup with everything I needed. They have continued to be my first choice for all my gear needs as I now open my own professional studio. I've had some very negative experiences in other stores, but at Studio Economik they never treated me differently for being a woman; they've always treated me so respectfully as an equal. Merci Studio Economik! You guys are the best!

If it’s not clear enough… go to this shop for the best pro audio gear in North America… it’s no Moog or Steve’s…. It’s superior…. Pro level superior with real staff that work in the industry.
