They go above and beyond every day to make our stay as best as it could be (staying with a whole crew of guy)
Friendly smiles, always waiting to greet you as you pass.
I've never stayed in a hotel where the staff treats you like family pretty much.
Best place to stay east if edmonton so far.. and it's gunna be a long time before I am thus satisfied with the hotel and staff.

A few small hardware issues with the hotel. (some doors don't close unless they are slammed, some rooms don't get good hot water supply.)
But all in all , really good clean rooms. I enjoyed my stay very much. Very comfortable.
The manager and staff made a great effort to ensure that the guests were comfortable. Good kitchenette lay-out.
Was especially great to stay in a hotel room with a hard floor(laminate) instead of carpet. nice and clean.
A big thank you again to management and staff, for a comfortable stay.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This used to be my favorite budget motel. The Manager Moe is not longer there but he was amazing.
Unfortunately last night I was given room 320. Its right near the stairs and people have to use the stairwell after 10pm. It is so loud everytime the door opens and shuts. But thats not the worst of it. I went to pre wash dishes for my dinner but when I went to dry them the tea towel had so much dirt on it and flakes of food. I was disgusted and checked the bed. It looked like it had already bin slept in, the sheets where wrinkled and there was hair in the sheets.
The front desk attended was a trainee and left on her own. She did a good job returning my money and was polite but there's a lack of training going on. She had to call the manager for help.
The restaurant did make a good chicken sandwich tho. I paid for my food, got a refund and left ASAP. I will never go back

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I stayed here for a month while I was working in the area, during the pandemic. I found the staff very polite and professional. The rooms were clean and stocked with all necessities. If I needed anything replenished it was done in a timely manner. The room rates were excellent for the accommodation you will get. I would definitely stay here again. Thanks for the good stay.

The managers go beyond the point of giving their guests the perfect hospitality. The cleaning staff create a very clean atmosphere with rest in peace that your rooms and surrounding area are kept clean to high professional standards, especially during Covid-19 pandemic.
Definitely suggest this hotel for a great stay for long and short term.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mo and staff are all amazingly friendly and took any concerns I may have had seriously. I stayed a few weeks and was very comfortable. The rooms are clean and modern, and the food at the restaurant is wonderful. Very impressed. Will come back in a heartbeat if I ever need a hotel in the area again. Great people, great price, great hotel.
