Worst experience buying a couch ever. Worst customer service after I the couch was paid and ready for delivery. They asked me what date would be good for delivery, the company in charge of delivery would call me a day before to let me know what time they deliver, then I'd have to choose a time depending when I was available. From the start I stated it had to be in the evening so I would be home, the salesman told me not to worry since they would call me before to sort it out. So today I get this call from an answering machine that I could hardly hear saying that the delivery would be in the morning between 10am and 2pm which is not what I wanted since I'm not home. I called back this number and operator says it doesn't exist. I called back the store where I bought the couch... I explain the situation to Alexandre one of the staff that speak English, and I told him that wasn't my agreement when I bought the couch. He tells me that the person who sold me the couch gave me the wrong information, that you don't get to choose the time when the couch is delivered, he tells me that I need to go in person to a store if I want to change the delivery date (which is completely useless since the delivery company will give me the time of delivery they want.. you don't get to choose), I asked him why do I need to go in person to any store to change the delivery date... tired of my questions and frustration since I won't be able to be home for delivery, he hangs up on me. After paying $70 for the delivery I don't get to choose when it will be delivered, I don't get any solution from the store and they hang up on me while trying to sort out the problem. I'm asking for a refund and warning everyone about Structube delivery, they have nice furniture and nice customer service at the store... once you buy you're basically screwed if you have any problem with delivery. You'll have to choices: ask for a refund or try to be home whenever this delivery company decides it's a good time for THEM to deliver... If someone in charge of that store cares about customer service, I called to the store Tuesday May 7, around 12.30pm. The person who picked up the phone and hung up me name's Alexandre.

Clean and decent looking furniture. Not a fan on how it's organized in the shop, but I'm probably not their consumer's target. Quality looked decent for the pricey options, for the rest, didn't feel like I was going to pay for something that good.

People that work there are no help. Only good to sell that's all. If you need help or question about anything other than what you can read on a piece of paper then go somewhere else. More so, if you don't look as sharp as them (cause they are working) you get the judgment look in their eye. Will for sure not buy anything from this location.

I bought the sofa and dining table at the beginning of April in this store, and was told that the delivery will be at the end of April. I received the mail in mid-May with a delay of one week. After that, there was no more news. During this period, I called many times for inquiries, and each time I told them that it would be delayed for a week. Until the end of June, my patience went to Boisbriand to return the goods. The old lady on duty had a very bad attitude, with the dirty words and fxxk in every sentences. I have always been proud of the attitude of Quebec's service, but this return gave me a new understanding! I will never go to this shop that deceives customers and listen to the swearing service staff!

I bought a lamp in June 2021 which was supposed to arrive in August 2021. I came in May 2022 to get my deposit reimbursed. My credit card changed since (a lot can change in 11 months). They made me provide a statement from my old credit card to issue a refund. They're making things complicated to get your money back but can't come up with your goods. I received EXCELLENT service from Cynthia. Their manager Mathieu is too busy to care that their policy makes no sense.
