Aujourd'hui je me présente au magasin et on m'informe qu'ils ne peuvent pas me vendre le divan au prix affiché vu qu'ils augmentent les prix "en ce moment-même", là là, devant moi. La dame m'a même offert de splitter la différence... quoi? C'est quoi cette façon de faire? Un commerçant doit respecter un prix affiché. Point. J'ai l'impression qu'on a essayé de m'avoir, de m'en passer une vite. J'ai trouvé inacceptable et j'ai quitté les lieux.
 What a desappointment. I found a very good price sofa on the website last night. Today I go to the store and I am informed that they cannot sell me the couch at the advertised price since they are increasing the prices "right now" there in front of me. The lady even offered to split the difference ... what? What is this way of doing? A merchant must respect a posted price. Point. I have the impression that one tried to have me, to pass me one quickly. I found it unacceptable and left the place.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ J'ai fait l'achat d'une base et tête de lit par internet. J'adore le fait qu'ils ont bcoup de produits fait au Qc et à prix très correct et plus bas qu'ailleurs. J'ai écris un courriel pour savoir quand ils auraient le tout en stock environ. Réponse rapide et efficace et le lit m'a été livré à la date dite. Service excellent même si on ne se déplace pas directement en magasin!
I purchased a base and headboard online. I love the fact that they have a lot of products made in Qc and at very correct prices and lower than elsewhere. I wrote an email to find out when they would have everything in stock approximately. Quick and efficient response and the bed was delivered to me on the date stated. Excellent service even if you don't go directly to the store!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst experience ever. According to Yves, they verify all the product before they ship it. Also, according to him the ship from Ontario. I ordered a full on full bunk bed. 1/3 of the product was damaged and about 10 pieces missing. The initial delivery took 2 weeks. Odd because i can walk from montreal to Ontario in 2 weeks. The replacement parts came in also 2 weeks! But only the missing items not the damaged ones! My kids are sleeping on the floor on a mattress because of incompetent people that work at flash decor. And let me tell you. Their items DO NOT come from Ontario but Malasia or some foreign country. I have also contacted protection du consommateur. I would never but there again!
