★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I ordered a TV stand and was forced to pay $75 for shipping. When the package was delivered, it was already opened! The styrofoam was falling out. The package also states that the item is fragile, why was the box opened!? What did I pay $75 for???
I emailed Bebelelo and haven't heard back from them.
That's unexceptable!

Shipped all the way from Quebec to Nova Scotia and the deal was still much cheaper and more efficient than shopping locally. The delivery guys were amazing! Thank you so much for the beautiful quality baby products!! I would definitely recommend :)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Started off as a great experience, staff was kind and helpful. We were pleased with the bundle and the deal we received. Included in the deal was a 4-1 convertible crib. With the sales person, we discussed how the crib converts and the dimensions of the bed once it is converted. At no point did anyone mention that we would only be receiving the crib, all of the extra pieces needed to convert the crib were sold separately. We only found this out when we read the manual and started assembling the crib at home. I called the store to ask what the deal was, I was very much led to believe I was buying 4 bed options in 1 box (hence 4 in 1). They told me they would figure out a solution and call me back, it's been over two weeks and I still haven't heard back. I am just feeling like things were not advertised properly and I am annoyed.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ To start: good customer service and knowledgeable staff. We were novices in terms of what we were looking for and just heard what we needed from friends and family. Elie guided us and asked several questions concerning budget, lifestyle, living situation and taste. We chose a bundle that met our needs with one modification I wanted and they were very accommodating. I came home and shopped around for everything I ordered and the prices were the most competitive. Due to the pandemic one specific attachment I also wanted to add on my pram was on back order, i appreciated the transparency and the professionalism Of managing expectations. Elie stated that this attachment could take longer from the supplier. This is an issue across all industries.
The key takeaway that I was most impressed by was instead of telling me what I need straight off was instead figuring out my needs and my budget and then suggesting items and giving me the added value.
To conclude: This store was recommended by friends, and I would also recommend from my own experience.

Excellent prices, I got a kit with all my needs at the same place without wasting time searching for each item and in very good prices and excellent quality in addition to the free delivery and they checked with me each item when they delivered.
Excellent after sell service, I had a problem with my baby crib since there was a mistake in the order and the owner him self was involved to solve the problem even though I open the crib after three months of the purchasing date.
They are very recommended.
