I bought a home with Strongbuilt. Many many issues discovered. Unfortunately I am not a builder and had no idea during the first year. I have since confirmed that Strongbuilt did not follow the building codes in my home. Major issues. Progressive home warranty as verified that they didn’t follow the building codes but after one year it is too bad for me. Strongbuilt just lied throughout the first year when I complained about some of these items. I blindly trusted them. They are reprehensible people. Stay away. They worked hard to ensure they didn’t fix the issues and now I am out major $$$$

We bought our home from Strongbuilt Homes last November and we couldn't be happier. Their service is amazing. They took time to answer all of our questions and the follow up was impressive! We are very satisfied and highly recommend this builder to anyone looking at purchasing a new house.

My wife and I recently built a home with Stongbuilt homes. We started the process in February and moved into my home on July 1. This was the first time we have built a home with a builder so we did our do diligence. We spoke with many builders almost ten to be exact. We found that very early on when deciding what builder to go with Strongbuilt homes was definitely the front runner. We first met Rose at the show home and from the very start my first impressions was that she was very knowledgeable, professional, and trustworthy. My wife and I described exactly what we wanted in a new home and Rose was extremely accommodating and helped us design our dream home for a very fair price. Once the house was under construction we met Avi who was the project manager for our build. Avi was amazing as well. He was very receptive to our ideas and provided great customer service. Any little concern that we had even if we wanted to change something last minute Rose and Avi were quick to respond to our concerns and worked extremely hard to satisfy our needs and wants. We feel Rose and Avi bent over backwards for us and would do whatever it takes to make us happy with their product. Fast forward almost 4 months of living in our home, my wife and I are still extremely happy with our purchase. Not only was the customer service amazing throughout the whole planning and building process we are over the moon at how the house turned out. The construction quality is top notch. There was one small issue that occurred that was out of Strongbuilts hands but Rose was extremely fast to resurrect the problem. I would completely refer anyone who is looking at building a new home to go with Strongbuilt homes with no hesitation. We cannot reiterate enough how great of an experience my wife and I had with Strongbuilt homes.

About to be a year since living in my dream home. The experience with the company so far has been pleasant. As we designed our house from the beginning so we got all the finishings of our choice and I must say they have lot of options available to choose from and all the sales persons was so co-operative. I would like to thank Rose especially she made this whole process so smooth and easy for us. I would definitely recommend Strongbuilt Homes.

We just bought our home recently from Strongbuilt Homes. Rose was absolutely amazing! Every question was answered quickly and all our changes were as we asked. We love our new home! We bought our home from strongbuilt homes in 2018. They seemed like a new company for building homes and I think we did bought one of their first houses. Since the move in yes there was small problems here and there but Rose was always there for us to contact and she made sure everything gets fixed. And still, I know she will answer any of my questions on the house and we are very happy with our home and their services.

I recently purchased a Strongbuilt home in Edmonton. My house is beautiful and well built (or should I say, "Strong Built"). I have been living in my new place for a few months and so far the craftsmanship, design, and overall aesthetic of our home is of the highest quality. The customer service has been excellent. Rose has made herself available whenever we need her. Anytime we have questions or need minor tweaks or changes, they have been handled promptly and with professionalism. Their subcontractors and trade workers are respectful and qualified. I am happy to recommend Strongbuilt Homes.

This was a dream to have a house like this for a really affordable price for us within Edmonton.
