★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Terrible experience, went to see the show home in charlesworth and the door was looked, and suddenly a man came out and told us that he got some people in already and we said can we wait outside? and he asked what are you looking for and we said we are looking for single family home and he said what's your budget and we said its $450k and he said you won't get anything from me unless we increase the budget (literally these were his lines).He was so rude and no professionalism. He did not ask us to come back again, nothing. Luckily he showed his real face before even we decide to choose them as our builder, I wonder what worse he could have done after talking the deal. Not sure his name but he was there on sunday around 3pm. Will never recommend anyone to choose them.
