★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Terrible builder to work with. They will make nice until you buy the house and when you have issues their warranty guy will try to convince you that it's normal. They don't value customers and are terrible at conflict resolution as the owner would ignore your email. I had to email several times and go through the website comment section in order to get a response. After talking to him about the issue of an employee being unprofessional and insulting us, it didn't even seem like he took that seriously. The employee essentially told us that our paint chipping off our front door was because the house we bought was only 360k, if we wanted an unscratchable door we should've bought a more expensive house. The paint was literally coming off with a slight push from your finger nail.
I would suggest do your homework buy elsewhere. If you've already bought, check everything thoroughly and take whatever they tell you with a grain of salt, hire an inspector and go through the home warranty provider.
