Scott was prompt, courteous, knowledgeable and, professional quickly gaining our confidence. Scott took the time to assess several complicating factors and promptly delivered a comprehensive evaluation and summary of procedures and costs to resolve our problem. Scott helped me locate the lids and he explained everything to me and suggested how we could improve our septic system. We will definitely be using Strong’s Septic Service again! F	Free Farrokhi on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst experience ever! I would never recommend this man to anyone! I hired him to do my 1 garage driveway! We had a storm in Tottenham, a 3 day storm! His only method of payment was cash. My mother and I both had food poisoning and were forced to go to foodland to get cash back. Not only did he leave a quarter of my driveway unfinished but he also damaged my lawn. For $100 cash I expected better work, as should anyone. Like I said I didn't see my lawn or really take in my driveway until the next day because I had food poisoning. So I called him to complain. He drove by my house and sped off as I was watching through my window. I called him to ask why he drove off and he immediately started yelling at me and speaking to me in a disrespectful mannor. He told me "you're a waste of my time don't ever call me again" I then proceed to ask him if he speaks to all his clients like this he said "yes ones like you" Replied back "I've own my buisness for 6 years and I've never spoke to a client like this, you destroyed by lawn" well!!! He just hung up on me! I'm very well mannered so I was not disrespectful at the least bit! This was a terrible service! Not only is my lawn destroyed but my drivewall isn't complete either. And if actually took the time to get out of his snowplow he would see that yes there still is more then 2inch of snow off the ground. I've posted a few pix so you can actually see what he charged $100 cash for. Don't hire him!

G	Gabe Thompson on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I called to schedule a septic pumping and had a completely normal and professional conversation about what I needed, was then told to shoot him a text with my name and address and he would schedule me. I heard nothing for a week, sent a follow-up text which was also ignored so a few days later I sent something more strongly worded when I was finally told that there was no appointments available. He made no mention of any kind of scheduling challenge during our conversation. For me dealing with this company was nothing but a waste of time. Maybe they have the equipment and knowledge but these are some very basic communication and business skills that appear to be lacking.
