When I decided I wanted to have a greenhouse built, I knew I needed to work with people that would understand my vision. Construct & Conserve's team made the entire designing/architectural process such a breeze. Then the entire forested lot area cleared and structure was framed in incredible timing. If it wasn't for Cooper's caring and down to earth demeanour then I would not have ended up with a structure far more beautiful than I imagined. Thank you Cooper + team for making this happen!

We bought a new house that was built by Construct and Conserve. We were so impressed with the detailed workmanship and beautiful, modern design that we hired them to finish the basement, a month after we moved in. Scott and his team (Jordan and Jan) were super personable, approachable and easy to work with. They had patience for my (many) questions and were quick to respond. The project stayed on time and on budget and I would hire them again without question! Thank you for our beautiful house (and basement)!

We have used Construct & Conserve for several of our renovation projects. One project was laying beautiful Brazilian hardwood floors throughout our home which included a custom spiral staircase. The other project was a finished basement with a gorgeous stone fireplace, entertainment area, bathroom and bedroom with walk in closet. We were extremely happy with the quality of their workmanship and their attention to detail. We received many compliments from our family and friends and it added investment value to our home. I had the pleasure of working with Scott and his team to design and build a fantastic cabana. From design, building permits, coordination of trades to the completed structure, was seamless! Scott and his team were prompt, professional and executed fantastic attention to detail. The final structure has allowed for an all-season living space beyond expectation! We hired Construct & Conserve to do a full gut and redesign to the entire main floor of our home. Every square inch was modernized from new doors, trim, hardwood, tile and lighting to a gorgeous new open-concept kitchen. Renovations in the past have always caused anxiety, as we have very high expectations that few contractors measure up to. Working with this team however, there were no compromises. Jeff Graham’s attention to detail is what made the impact of the transformation so dramatic. I could write a book about the long list of items cared for that contributed to the overall impact. The end result came out better than we had even hoped. We can’t thank Cooper and his team enough for giving us a spectacular new backdrop for the beautiful memories we will create here. You guys are unbelievable!

I am not sure where to begin so I'll start with a short story.... One day me and my hubby went for a drive out of boredom. By chance, we came across these STUNNING homes in Newtonville. Unlike anything we had seen before. Modern, unique and well built. We thought to ourselves... we could never afford this! But... we needed to try lol. And that we did.... we met with the developer and started the process and as scary as it was to dive in, once we found out who the builders were we were at complete ease! Construct & Conserve! (Island of Brian) It was an absolute privilege to be able to work with them. Our relationship over the period of our build with C&C was second to none. Dean is such a down to earth person and much like us that we easily just clicked and consider him and his team to be family. We absolutely love everyone from the framers Tony and Bruno and all the guys... to Gary the site supervisor. Gary is absolutely amazing. He is punctual and knowledgeable and accomodating and has been a gem throughout our move in process. Now that I touched on the staff... lets move to the house! ... Our house is BEAUTIFUL!!! It's an absolute dream.... i feel like I dont belong here. The quality of the products and materials used is Top Notch. Everything is high quality, modern and sure to last. The selection process was incredible and cannot compete with other builders. The home itself, you will not find anything like it anywhere around here. The designs are fantastic and the exterior colours, stone and bricks are hand picked to perfection! The black trims, windows and fascias are sharp and edgey, complete class. ? I would MORE than reccomend this company for any renovation, update, custom build or build in general. It has been such an amazing experience regardless of covid delays ... I absolutely love these guys and wouldnt have picked anyone else to go through this with. Thank you Dean, Scott, (Christina), Anna Marie, Gary, Tony, Bruno and everyone else from Construct as well as Beetham Electric, FlowMaster, RoyalQuartz, Paintingpros and anyone else I have missed!
