★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I used to think just snowboarding and working a labour job was enough to stay in shape. As it turns out, that just doesn’t cut it. Going to strength camp changed everything for me! I’m a better snowboarder because I’m stronger and I can dig deeper into my turns; I can jump higher, ride longer. My body feels 100x stronger, I can work harder and longer out shoveling snow for my business. I can lift more and work harder and longer outside for my landscaping business. My moods are better, I’m happier, less feelings of depression. I’m proud of what I do and the results for my body!
I’ve tried gyms before but Jade and Kalib make it fun, it’s like a little family at strength camp. It keeps me coming back day after day. I need direction and having a trainer help keep me focused and making those gains! Want to change your life??? Come check out strength camp!!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excellent trainers, they are easy to get along with and do everything to make you feel comfortable and confident...yet they push you and push you til there's sweat on the floor!
It's more expensive than many big gyms, but you get what you pay for. Having two dedicated trainers to follow up with you, coach you through every moment, track your progress and celebrate your goals with you is worth the extra fees.
There's a large rage of abilities in each class, and the trainers structure the class so that everyone is working at their ability level and every one has their needs met. The atmosphere between participants is great, too. Everyone is really supportive and encouraging.

Strength Camp is more than just a gym, it is a life changing experience. They have excellent trainers to help you through every session regardless of experience or age and bring you in just like family. I recommend this gym to anyone I know!!
