I immediately realized there was still no bike rack on the trailer hitch, no worries it's on its way...maybe "but it's jaycos fault not the store". I then realized that there wasn't even a water tank in my unit, weird because had I attempted to fill it I would have destroyed my brand new trailer, so I wanted to try and move the awning but nope it's locked and do you think anyone has the key?? Of course they don't so no worries let's use the wonderful new griddle... oh wait the little quick connection is missing completely so no can't use tha either, good thing it comes with a 12v cooler... oh wait the cooler doesn't even turn on?? How are these things possible and then how is it possible for no one to do absolutely anything about them?? Why on earth is there zero quality control? Why doesn't the dealership do a walk through to ensure these things are working? Clearly the manufacturer has no quality standardization so ensuring the customer is getting what you told them should be top priority.
L	Larry Mann on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ After purchasing our new Jayco travel trailer almost 2 years ago at Layzee Acres in orillia and having warranty issues from day 1 and having to travel 3 hours for service that was very poor an unprofessional. Things they said were fixed and weren’t and giving you someone else’s trailer upon pickup after servicing was a real problem for me dealing with incompetent people. After searching for Jayco dealer closer to home I found Stratford RV and have been dealing with them since last year 1 of warranty and have been treated very well staff are very friendly and helpful and full of knowledge and will continue to deal with them we are very pleased with their work they have done so far they are awesome

Price was fair and we had filled the bin right to the top with no questions upon pick up. Highly reccomend for bin rentals.

We had numerous issues that were not dealt with and they did not want to deal with. I know these trailers will have quality issues and we knew that going in but there was no service after the sale was complete. They even wanted to invoice us for a broken door kickplate. Went on our first camping trip of 2022 and the supplied Jay Port did not have the Blackstone griddle attachment. Only the hose with no attachment to the griddle. Water heater is not working, no hot water all weekend. Pictures are of a few issues of trailer quality.
