We just wanted the charge port on our s6 replaced and after all that they quote us $1000 for a new charge port now we have to wait another week to get our phone back! Very unprofessional I would suggest exploring your options and having this place a last resort option only. Very disappointed in them!

They had no problem taking it back to the store and returning with a new one! Plus they gave me a gift for my inconvenience! Great customer service and knowledgeable staff.

It took longer than usual for them with problems with the internet, cables, etc. But they figured it out. What a great install crew. Answered all my questions. Very friendly and knowledgeable. I did everything over the phone from buying the tv to arranging the install with Al and did not even have to leave my house. I am so thankful for the service I received. I just wish everything in life went this smoothly. You can never get service like this anywhere else. I cannot say enough about Mcnain's. Thank you, thank you.
