★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Absolute awful customer service from their service staff. Had them install a piece of equipment and immediately after the trailer wouldn't raise properly. When communicated back they proceeded to accuse us of the error. Further to this they had mentioned the amount of our bill over the phone and tried telling us it was double the previous amount mentioned. Absolutely awful service, would give zero stars if I could. Several other spots in the region for trailer service and would recommend any of them blind over this place

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Rented here for a year and then bought a unit through them. Have had nothing but great experiences with the entire team. Ron, the salesman, was the only person to give me and my young daughter the time of day at the RV show; Shaemus, the tech is awesome and gives great advice; Steve, from parts/service, is amazing too and has put up with my 1000s of questions. On top of this, they are also cheaper than other dealerships. I travel a long way just to give my business here. Well worth the drive. Thank you to everyone at Sauder's. You've won a loyal customer, I will definitely be sending business your way.
