Before even showing my financial, I was pushed away and said by the sales rep named Bill "I don't think you will qualify for this car". Having an excellent credit score and was putting substantial amount for the down payment I was discouraged and shutdown. The car was great but the worst customer service made me not buy this car. Do not buy from this dealer saving you the headache.

They said that they changed the brakes but they didn’t. They just serviced it. I had a weird sound coming from the engine since day one.they said it’s only the belt and when I took it to my mechanic, he said I need to change the actuator asap and if I don’t I will have a future engine problem. I regret going there and I will regret this for the rest of my life. Thank you Honda, we will never come back.

Jamie and Jim always treat me like a somebody, and i think that’s all anybody wants. And before them the previous service manager George was great. They know their job and take the time to answer all of my questions and explain what’s going on with my car. And the service has always been done right and in a timely fashion. I usually try and wait for my service to be done but they will provide a shuttle back and forth to your home if the car’s gonna be there for a few hours. They have a nice waiting room with CP24 on the tube. I got some routine preventative annual brake service done today so since they already had my wheels off, they offered to throw my snow tires on for me (n/c). They even threw on some complimentary brand new rubber windshield wiper blades for me as well. Thank you Jason! Excellent customer service, great job guys. You’re the best. Received excellent help from the Salesperson Dani and financial manager James,great folks! They explained all the features very diligently, and clarified all our doubts, and helped us crack a great deal within our budget. I would recommend it!

I understand they are trying to make a living, but I wanted to do my own research and commit to a car that is right for myself and my family. Neil Mendoza is THE PERSON to go to. He is understanding, patient, and very kind. He LISTENS, offers his suggestions/alternatives and did not push us to make a decision on the spot like other places I have visited. We traded in our 2007 Honda Civic he arranged for everything to be handled and the process was very smooth. I definitely recommend those who want to purchase or lease a car without dealing with the headache of pushy sales people to seek out Neil Mendoza!
