L	Lemon Zest on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I've been going to Dr. Storwick's for approx. three years now, and although I agree that the reviews from a few years ago are bang on accurate, the same is not true now. The front desk staff at Dr. Storwick's have heard the message loud and clear - they are polite, friendly and helpful. There is no idle chit chat/gossiping. I have never had to wait more than 5 minutes before my appointment started and I have always been treated well. The nursing staff is professional, knowledgeable and relatable. And Dr. Storwick is efficient, pays attention to details as it relates to aesthetics, and is always willing to take the time to answer questions and concerns. I can't say the same about my family physician! Keep up the very good work, Team Storwick.

After waiting for an hour, I asked one of the nurses if I had perhaps been forgotten about. She said Dr. Ting had been behind all day and I was next - I’m not sure why they couldn’t call me to tell me to come in later. When she finally came, she spent a total of 6 minutes with me. She suggested removing a mole on my chest and despite knowing I had never had a mole removed before, she did not explain the process and sped through the post-treatment so quickly that I couldn’t catch her instructions before abruptly leaving. I would strongly recommend another dermatologist and will not be returning to Dr. Ting
S	Sharon McIntyre on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dr. Storwick and his team, especially Wendy, have helped me, friends and family over the years with a range of skin issues from skin cancer treatment, to cyst removal, to eczema, to more cosmetic issues. Always professional and prompt advice. We've never been "up-sold" on additional products or treatments. This is a medical clinic so there are times when you do need to wait at times, but usually within 20 minutes max of the booking time. I read other comments about issues with the front staff, but they've always been friendly and helpful to me.

He sincerely cares and even takes extra precious apmt time if needed to cover off as many issues as possible. With that said, I am always amazed at what can be accomplished in a 5-7minute appointment! Even if the procedure was really painful, I leave with a good feeling inside : )
B	Brian Beck on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was pretty disappointed with my experience with Dr. Storwick. I came to get laser treatment for a scar and paid $200 or $250 for it. It didn't improve at all so I came back for a follow-up and second treatment. Dr. Storwick said "looks like it improved a bit"... I'm the one who knows what the scar looked like for the past several years so I would know whether or not it actually improved. It didn't. He didn't take any before and after photos so why would he say that? No, there wasn't any improvement. In any case, he said he'd do another laser treatment because sometimes it takes multiple tries to see some decent improvement. I had to ASK him to not pay the full price again because why would I. I basically threw away a couple hundred dollars the first time. He said he would take $50 off for the second time. Why do I have to keep paying money before I get desired results? In the end, the second treatment also did not improve the appearance of my scar so that was another $150 or $200 gone. I didn't even go back for a follow-up because I know he would just do another treatment to grab my money. Waste of time for was sure. It was disappointing because I read really good reviews of him and asked to get a referral from my family doctor before going to see him. Oh well.

A	Adel Restom on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Highly recommended laser clinic; they're not after your money, they're after your satisfaction. Very professional staff; they will give you the best advice. I had 3 tattoos removed here (colored on forearm, and black color on shoulder and ribs); they will tell you when laser will no longer improve the results so you don't waste your money, the black color tattoos were completely gone while the colored one was faded enough to be covered-up easily. Recently, I also had some laser done for a sun-spot treatment on my face; and it was gone in one week.

Despite coming in for an issue on my FACE, she made me do a full body mole check. clothes in front of her. It was so uncomfortable and demeaning. I have exactly ZERO moles by the way. She did not give me any privacy to undress and was annoyed that I was hesitant to remove my She was very flippant about my actual reason for coming in, told me I would have to pay for laser treatment and that cauterization wouldn't work, but that she would cauterize anyways. (Gotta bill the government something right?) Came in for a popped blood vessel on my face. Really wish I could've seen Dr. Storwick as I had heard amazing things. Left with no resolution. and obviously never came back.
