★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is the surf shop that surfs, and it's evident with their staff. They know what they're talking about and are really nice, engaging people. I walked out with some Storm swag and will be happy to display it when I get home. Another must stop in Tofino.

It didn't end up being a good fit for me, however I was really impressed by the knowledge, patience, and overall kindness of the guy who helped me. He was more interested in genuinely helping me find something which would perform well than making a sale. They have a great selection of wetsuits.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I'm forever grateful for Storm and the help they offered me. Was thinking about switching boards and the staff gave me honest advice which aided me greatly. I wasn't waxing my board and it made a WORLD of difference, was popping up flawlessly after instead of flailing and drinking buckets of saltwater. I have smiled my entire trip from all your kindness and care. Storm is a family and I feel part of it!!! I will be back every trip to say thanks?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I changed my three star review to a five. Original review below. The owner quickly followed up with me and we had a great conversation. I now believe this was an isolated incident and stand by that Storm is the best surf shop in Tofino!
While in Tofino we visited Storm twice. Once was for a wetsuit and boots and the guy that helped us was super helpful and interactive. We went back two days later to buy Storm apparel and the three staff members could not be bothered saying hello or offering help. One of them just sat on the steps watching us trying to find a size while waiting for her break. Great store…terrible staff.
