This is a great little campground close to PG. Only downside for me was our cabin did not have a washroom. The cabin (there is only one) was comfortable and well equipped. Owners are friendly and helpful. Campsites are clean and good sized with great views of the river.

We stopped here for the night on our way back to the lower 48 from Alaska in early October. Most campgrounds are closed by then so we were happy to find anything open. When we arrived, Rick and June welcomed us warmly and got us settled after a long day on the road. They are great people and we enjoyed meeting them and their dog. The setting is beautiful, right on the bank of the river. We will definitely visit again!

Simply a MUST stop. This is my second year camping here and i can't recommend it highly enough. The owners are active and awesome. The bathrooms and showers are clean and modern. Most sites are next to the river and as a tent camper its always a plus to have nice grass! Another great tent camper feature is the nice rec room that offers comfortable seating as well as tons of reading material. The sites are spaced to allow use of the fire rings without being uncomfortably close to your neighbors and each site also has very nice picnic tables. Clearly this is a quality over quantity campground which is hard to find these days. Thank you again!

This place is a true gem. If you stay one place, stay here! The people, the amenities, the grounds, everything is absolute perfection! From the moment we pulled up we felt like family! Be sure to call ahead to make sure they have room for you. If you pass by, you are missing out!

Really comfortable place, all grass, $25 a night includes showers too. Kid and dog friendly...the view was super. Owners very welcoming and helpful. Highly recommend. There is some highway construction noise, but when they are done it should be very nice.

This is like our second home, Rick and June are marvellous hosts, fire wood is not expensive, there are showers, a common room with board games for those rainy days, you can even exchange books in the small library. The sites are a nice size next to the Fraser River. It is just off the highway but is still relatively quiet.

We stayed here on a whim, and ended up staying two nights. The hosts were so friendly and accommodating, letting us stay last minute and an extra day as well. It was their kindness that convinced me to stay here, despite originally planning to camp closer to Prince George. We have 2 young children, and one threw fits both nights we were there, but we were still treated with kindness and understanding. We pitched a tent, although most guests had RVs. We were worried we couldn't use the electrical outlet, but the host kindly brought us a converter without us even having to ask! We were even offered firewood to start a fire. The hosts checked on us often to see if we were comfortable or if there was anything we needed. The ground is very even and grassy, making for perfect tent pitching conditions. The bathrooms are clean and well maintained. I never had to wait in line, despite the site being full. There is even a nice sitting room with lots of books, puzzles, and boardgames. The view is absolutely gorgeous, and there is a hiking trail as well. The only downside is that the site is not very close to Prince George (25 min drive) which makes getting takeout difficult. However, if you come prepared with cooking equipment and food, you are perfectly able to cook over the open fire pit. The pricing is very reasonable at $25/night for tents. We were not charged extra for using the electrical outlet. I will definitely be staying here again, and would 100% recommend this site to anyone who needs a place to camp near Prince George. Thank you for a wonderful stay, and for making my kids' first camping trip so memorable!

Excellent facilities, reasonably priced - I highly recommend. We camped for a night. βœ… Owners very nice and checked in with us multiple times. They are a phone call away βœ… Pet friendly provided they are on leash! Owners have pets themselves. βœ… Reasonably priced. $25 for camping βœ… Faciltiies are excellent so they have full showers and washroom available 24/7 βœ… Beyond expectations because they have a common living room with board games and stuff as well βœ… next to the River so there’s a nice view.
