We called in a day before and decided to rent a boat for 4 hours. The boat was very well maintained & clean. The whole process was fast and straight forward. We would highly recommend this marina. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We had such an amazing time with our pontoon boat rental + driver Scott from Okanagan Lake Boat Rentals!! They were flexible with some hiccups in terms of timing and location but were super accommodating and made our Bachelorette Boat Party one to remember! Scott was the best driver and made our ride our time so much fun, we already can’t wait to come back and visit Kelowna for the next Bach and we’ll definitely request Scott again!

It was so easy to organize with this company, and they were flexible with our pick-up and drop off points. Our driver Scott went above and beyond to ensure we had a memorable and super fun afternoon on the lake - we all had a great time!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If you want to rent a great boat for the day, this is your place. We got an incredible surf boat. It held 10 passengers without trouble. It had ballast tanks to make some great waves....and let's be honest, we pulled the kids on the tube for 90% of the day!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Honestly, I would have given the rental and boat experience a full 5 stars but unfortunately the interaction at the office up from the Marina left a little to be desired. We had to play $11 to park in a gravel parking lot that was probably 500+ m away from the Marina. We had 8 people (4 kids, 4 adults) + gear. We quickly realized that walking down to the Marina from this parking lot with all out gear was not an option. Lesson: Don’t stop at the office on your way down.
The service at the Marina was awesome. Very friendly, very informative and answered all of our questions. The 10-person pontoon boat was exactly what we were looking for for a multi-family day out on the lake. Easy to drive, easy to dock and enough speed to keep the kids happy with a tow behind tube. Fantastic customer service again upon return of the boat.. help tying it off, quick top up of fuel and final sale finalized quickly and efficiently.
Would definitely recommend for 1/2 day or full day fun on Lake Okanagan.
