H	Harman Aulakh on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Booked there for one night. Found 5-6 bugs on my bed and room. They changed our room. There were also 3-4 bugs on bed and washroom. We showed to maintenance guys and told girl at reception. They were polite but could do anything else. Next day we checked out and told an old lady about the problem we faced and she said they are everywhere. I can’t do anything about it.

After repeated attempts, invoices, emails and phone calls to no avail. It's sad that this company hurts local small business by not paying their invoices when products or services are delivered. Do not support this establishment. I am sure they are likely heading to bankruptcy again....
K	Krystal McMaster on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not only was the suite dirty beyond belief (dusty fans, fingerprints on walls, etc.) but we had to flee the room at 2am with our children because there were LIVE WASPS coming out of the lights! The light fixtures were FULL of what we thought were dead bugs- turns out they were sleeping wasps that we woke up when we turned the heat on. When we provided video, pictures, and of the wasp nest and the 3am emergency hotel receipt we had to book somewhere else, Management tried to deny that we even booked through them! We had to fight for a refund. I would avoid this place at all costs.

Was phoned about my check in the day of when I should have been called to discuss the details at least a week prior. Extremely poor communication between their head office and their on site staff. I got what I paid for and was satisfied with my stay, but if you’re pickier than me I wouldn’t recommend staying here, as the rooms aren’t in top shape, not the fault of the staff entirely, more like just little things broken by previous visitors who made quick fixes to avoid paying out of their damage deposit. 2.5 stars :)

J	Jainish Gandhi on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Unbelievably poor accomodation and rooms for the $300 something they charged. We went for two nights and the condition of the rooms were pathetic. Please don’t waste your money at this place as it’s a very heavy price for just a view. We booked through Cozy Stay and it was a terrible experience. 1. Cozy stay promised golf course would be open but it was not. They did not even pick up calls once booking was done. Very UNPROFESSIONAL STAFF. 2. Sofa bed in one of the rooms had major safety concern. We did not take risk to put 1 year old as the wires were broken. 3. Late night a group of drunk people created a hard time for us to sleep. We called security and the problems still persisted. 4. We rented two three bedroom and the gas was not functional in one of the room. Only one burner was working. 5. The cards never worked to open the door, we had to call front desk and cozy stay everytime. To top it up, the cozy stay maintenance person was so rude to ask to take care of ourselves. The towels were never adequately replaced, they gave only 3 towels for a group of 10. Overall, I was expecting someone from cozy stay to talk to me regarding the complaints. The local manager tried taking it to the General Manager but I guess they never cared for customer who already paid! It was a waste of money!!
J	Jeannie Timmins on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I booked a very nice room at Lake Okanagan Resort and Cozy Stay called me on the day of to tell me I HAD to change rooms. After the stay I asked for a partical refund because the room we ended up in was very trashy. The room had dirty counters, no duvet cover AND dirty boxers on the stairs for our whole stay. Cozy Stay said I agreed to the room change so they cannot issue any refund. Of course I did not agree for a budget room after being sold a very nice suite. Not a good experience, avoid Cozy Stay!

The staff (Trent and Ryan) were friendly, accommodating, and made sure our boat was ready to go for our time out on the lake. We will definitely be booking again for our next event in the area!
