M	Mohammad M Islam on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Setting and location were very nice, just in front of Wood lake. Only problem I felt was the owner probably not much into it anymore. We booked 2 cottages. One of them was in bad shape. Broken bathroom fittings, missing shower curtain, broken table leg, unsafe bunk bed ladder (screw was missing, my 5 year old son almost fell from it), stained blankets. Good thing was modest individual cottage, 2 bedrooms, has its own kitchen, microwave, fridge, full size electric stove etc but if you have a plan to cook bring your pots and utensils. Also bring drinking water. 5/6 people may stay. There are plenty open space for kids to run around, few slides, swings etc but some of them were rusty and broken. Has their own private beach and dock. Ask for a recently renovated one (e.g. number 15) when booked. I would give it a 2.5. It's not that bad comparing how much you are paying.
R	Rahim on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very disappointed that the place doesn't meet the minimum safety and cleaning requirements... see the pictures for yourself; bugs on bedsheet, broken fire alarms and fans, no AC, exposed electric and broken power outlets, and stains all over the place. The property refused to make refund and claimed that this is normal... it's unfortunate that our vacation has been ruined because of this
C	Connor La Rochelle on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This place is complete garbage. The water is completely unusable it smells horrible my father almost puked this morning when he tried to shower. They even tell you to use hand sanitizer after washing your hands and we were told none of this while booking the place only once we got here. On top of that there is duct tape on the walls the place is completely un-liveable. When we tried to get our money back they wouldn't give us it and kept calling us racist because thier rooms are horrible! DO NOT GO HERE!
r	ruth castro on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The price was ok, but you get for what you pay for.... could be better.. the couch seemed old and had rat droppings in between so it was useless the toilet had lots of water stains, the curtain rod was old and unstable and kept falling.. There was no balcony and with the back "yard or belcony" was unsatisfying to the eye. The kitchen was clean from the top but the oven havent been cleaned at all. The soap dispensers were dirty from who knows when, the dining room was nice but the one chair was broken the center table had unstable legs and the remote control for the tv wasnt even checked, it had wrong battery so even if we decided to watch some tv we couldn't... The beach was clean and the view was nice. It was mainly clean but would not go back again. Stayed out all day to avoid coming back. I met noone from the office nor saw anyone greet us, even though I got there at 11pm.. besides that if the place would get a make over I would reconsider......
D	Donna Beyak on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ All previous reviews are correct but not accurate. It’s worse! This place is the worst I’ve ever seen. My holiday with my elderly mother was a disaster! Her room was filthy! Disgusting. Shameful. And probably unhealthy. Our RV spot was gross. I brought my concerns to the Owner’s wife and she said her husband will speak with me, was told he would come find me. 2 days later, I went to him! There was no other vacancies in the area, or we would’ve left! The owner offered us a $20 credit because my mom had to clean the room herself! Spaghetti sauce all over the inside of her oven. No utensils Shower was gross with layers of dirt. When I mentioned the Health Authority he rescinded his offer. There is a sewer line directly from her toilet to a creek out back where the “balcony” is. Not a real balcony and don’t ever open the door, disgusting. Beach is sadly neglected. Whole place is rundown. Owner claims that the units are all rented out for the summer so he’s not concerned about people like us who are sucked in by outdated pictures and the word “Resort”.
H	Haley nunya on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ok sooo, our family was stuck out in the “rain” and we were turned away from EVERYWHERE else in Kelowna . It was going to be another 45 minutes to vernon for a room that would take three littles, a dog and two adults . It may not have been the cleanest and we may have slept in our clothes ? but they accommodated us . Wifi worked excellent . And the beach was actually pretty decent . There was a fire pit and an older courtyard . And the staff gave us great directions for food in the area . If you need a room definitely don’t hesitate . You’ll be fine .

Private beach 3. 5 min away from both boat rental places 4. 5 min away from convenience store 5. 5 min away from the Greek restaurant6. Kids play ground 7. A paddle board for everyone to use 8. Simple yet clean rooms 9. Super friendly owner who can answer any questions and knows the area very well 10. Pets are not allowed but depending on a size they might make an exception It is a great get away place to simply relax and spend some quality time with your loved ones. Highly recommend it !!
C	Christie Parke on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ive stayed there a few different times, the management and owner are updating the rooms, lots of extra stuff, volleyball net on the beach trampoline, fire pit ,slide, and swing set for the kids private beach, the management and the owner are super friendly and considering the upgrading that's happening there definitely making vast improvements. It's a great little hidden getaway for a modest price,looking forward to seeing it when renos are done .Thanks for the great hospitality. cheers
