★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ripped off twice by these guys in about a year.
First time I purchased a propane tank and propane. $60 for tank and propane, no problem. Tank had a leak and had to return 2 weeks later. You'd think that you'd just have to pay for the propane. Nope tank and propane again - $60. Twomey months later I returned and I was told I just needed to pay for the propane as I had a loaner... Hmmm two different policies depending on whose working it seems. Today I take the tank back to get the refund on the tank rental. On no, they don't do that, even though I have dealt with other companies and they do. This guy won't. Instead he decides it is okay to be rude and condescending. Other people come in and I thought, now he'll act like he wants repeat business. Nope! He says he services people in his area and they are okay with him. Me? He doesn't care. I even tell him that I will be giving him a bad review on line. He doesn't care.
If he is the owner, I hope people show him that he needs to improve his customer service method. If he is just an employee, wow does he need training.
Over all a major failure by this person and he place he works.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hi. I was passing through there today and stopped in. Great little place and so friendly. But I noticed especially since it’s been colder outside I expected it to be warmer inside..however I nearly froze to death! I like the store but I really felt bad for the employees who would have to work in the freezing cold outside and in!! A little warmth would make everyone happy!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is a Convenience store and has lots of novel ideas for great gifts. Gas, milk, bread, subs and THE BEST SCREAMERS IN ALL OF LAKE COUNTRY. Lots of specials and EXCELLENT staff that are ALWAYS courteous and greet you with a warm smile. Located right on the corner of Woodsdale and Bottom Wood Lake Rd. , it has an ice cream shack that is open from Spring to Fall.
You won’t be disappointed if you pop in for gas or a few items you forgot, OR you need your fishing licence. ??

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of my favorite businesses in Winfield. We'd always stop in for a screamer (slurpee with icecream!) on the way home from a long afternoon at the beach! Heck we still do that when in the area... the little ice cream station is awesome too.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great convenience store and gas bar close to home. I always hit up the 2 cents off gas on Saturdays. Staff are always friendly and the ice cream shack is a must visit on hot summer days! They also have marine fuel for boats.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Woodsdale General store has been here forever. The store grows with the community. They have a wide selection of food, snacks, and fuel. They also have a lot of beverages for mixing or to recharge on those hot days.
The staff are friendly and welcoming. It is wheelchair accessible and has wheelchair accessible parking. They have ice for those hot days as well. #accessible

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Staff is always nice. They have a great selection of seasonal items ...tho it's a bit pricier its great for last minute and impulse buys. Toys floaties, fishing, chairs, knives/hatchets, fire wood, really it's just about a bit of everything... Even an ice cream shack..
