For several times, the bunched carrots price tag is $3.99, but charged $4.49 at check out. They never fixed the error. They intentionally OVERCHARGE you. So check your receipt EVERY TIME! What's worst, I bought a New Zealand lamb rack, and it smells bad upon open. Had to drive back to return. What a waste of time! Will never shop there again.

P	Patricia Hamilton on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We typically have no issue here and that’s why they got a 3 and Not a 1… but today, we had a rude young man, long hair and glasses ( I mention this as I want to be clear who the rude boy was), on till. He never greeted us or talked to us but to ask if we wanted to use points. He never even asked if we had bags and he started bagging. I had to tell him 3xs to leave some bagging for me. He also put a cake mix in with the meat, and boxed food in with frozen foods so the boxes broke down by the time we got home. As I said, usually it’s good there but today, I’m very Disappointed. Get this rude young Man off the till!!!

It amazes me that stores would rather throw out perishable foods instead of dropping the price for quick sell. I'm not paying full price for strawberries that are a day away from mold. Also, click and collect needs to work on their customer service. They forgot about me one time while I was waiting in the parking lot.
A	Ashley Tiahnybok on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I just had the most unusual/horrible experience here, and I say unusual, because. I’ve never actually had this happen before. Cashier name on my receipt says Chris S. - she is an older blonde British woman. I’m 6 months pregnant (big belly) and I always bring my own bags so I don’t use plastic bags. She rang all my food and everything through and would not help me pack my groceries. I asked her 3 times to help me, as there was a gentlemen standing behind me waiting to be rung through and it wasn’t until I made a big scene the 3rd time I asked her (and only because I needed an additional plastic bag) that she finally helped me put my groceries in that 1 plastic bag. She said I was being rude but quite honestly I was humiliated at the situation and she made me feel like I was out of line for asking her to help me bag my groceries. I literally do my weekly shopping here every week so it bothers me that this kind of rude miserable person works here, as I’ve never come across an employee like that here. The cashiers have always been so kind and nice and say sweet things to my 1.5 year old daughter in the cart. I’m reluctant to continue my shopping here since I was made to feel quite embarrassed by this situation and will most likely switch to IGA across the street.

B	Brayden woods on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was shopping in the store close to 9pm the other week and I had a very rude lady come and confront me. I didn’t quite catch her name, but she had blonde hair and english accent, roughly 55 years old. She startled me and proceeded to forcefully tell me I need to “hurry up” and get my items to leave the store “as we are closed”. she then proceeded to frantically boss around the other workers and I could tell the other workers were stressed out by her. I’ve come in other times in the evening and have witnessed her being rude on other occasions.
