★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Today we went to buy some water softener and a few items for the yard. I shop at this store quite often and have always been treated kindly..till today. I had parked beside the water softener as the bags are heavy. While shopping for our other items a rather angry employee with measuring tape suspenders came and shouted at us to move our car cus it was blocking other cars. I do apologize for that. Unfortunately we were so embarrassed we just paid for the softener and left. Angry employee met me by the softener and threw the bags in my car. I am sure the level of professionalism was totally missed and with that I'm very sure I will not shop at Lake country home hardware again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went in today with a defective Irrigation timer. Got extra ordinarily fine service from the manager, Easton. Rather than just telling me to go to the website of the irrigation company, he did it for me and talked to someone from the company, after being put on hold for some time!
He took my information and the company is going to send me a new timer. I was most impressed with this level of service and am happy that I "shopped local".

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Has been fine when I'm in there, no one really goes out of their way to make sure I'm looked after. I find their store very much like a large shed, stuff just kind of put inside
. All that is fine - my largest qualm is the hours. 9-5 on weekdays. Those hours completely stops anyone who needs to do work on their house, or yard, or anything that may require the very products they are selling who also works a job. Seems like very poor planning.
