It advertises there are 10 "quaint spa es", but when you arrive on the grounds, there are 6-8 overflow trailers "squatting" next to the RV park and they run multiple extension cords from their trailers, into the RV bathroom & laundry room....so essentially if you pay $$ for a space here, you're sharing all the amenties with at least double the number of advertised spaces. Add to this, the RV spaces can be tough to manuver into and they are VERY unlevel....so it was nearly impossible to get our 5th wheel level. Plus, there is no owner/caretaker on the premises and that pretty much reflects the low-quality attitude of this place. We have yet to see what they're charging us per night, but rumor has it, its not inexpensive. I put a call in to the owner, but havent heard back or seen her yet.
D	Daniele Aquino on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sites are tiny and uneven like others have mentioned, and the park is dirty and full of junkies. The orchard is pretty and was nice to walk my dogs in but that's the only good thing I can say about this park.
A	Angel Anne on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No privacy. Extremely uneven ground. Sites are way too squished together. We payed for a month upfront planning to extend to stay the whole summer. After just 2 weeks the owner kicked us out because the cops came there....the cops didn't even look at us. They were there because another couple a few sites away got drunk & started arguing with each other.
J	James Winter on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Horrible owners. I paid was paid in full and the owner moved me to a dusty dirt area in the back with no septic but still charged the same amount. Washroom door code was changed every week and it was difficult to obtain the code from other campers. People were rude and unhelpful at the best of times. I would steer clear this rv park unless you wish to stay among owners who are crooks and only want your money.

W	Wade T on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great little campground. Long sites but a little closer together but not bad. Water pressure was fine, power was good, free laundry. Super friendly campers around when we were there. Enclosed dog park as shown on the map did not exist when we were there.

It was near some sheds and full of tumbleweed in the middle of a gravel road on a hill. Horrible customer service and couldn't get any straight answers out of them. They get their friends to make fake, great comments on Google to drown out real customers horrible comments. Don't be fooled by the great comments. This place is horrible.
