Cons: DONT GIVE give this company a deposit they will keep it no matter what happens, our trailer was hit on her property, causing us to leave to get repairs done and even with 2 months notice, she kept our 500 bucks and rented out our pad the rest of the time. Terrible money hungry human being. Mosquito heaven in summer, Basic gravel parking lot syle, If you are going to stay here long term expect to play musical rvs/trailers and move about spots for managements favoured customers.

The owner brags that the lots are huge, which they are not. yet she does not even allow you to keep your delapitated picnic table on the lawn. Nothing is allowed on the grass. She will even wake you up and have you remove your camping chairs from the lawn. She has severe ocd and is borderline psychotic. Not comfortable to stay at, whatsoever. If you are on vacation and plan on enjoying your stay, find somewhere else to do that. This is not the place. I booked 2 months here and could not wait to leave.

We are leaving a positive review in hope of off setting some of the unwarranted poor reviews. It’s a great location between Wood Lake and Kalamaka Lake, walking distance to both. The owner is very pleasant and helpful and the campground is generally quiet with a large dog park for those with pets. Also, centrally located between Kelowna and Vernon, close to golfing, zip line, and many other attractions. The rail trail is only minutes away by bike. We definitely will be back!
C	Cathy Cianfagna on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Our stay at Tuscany was very comfortable! It is a basic camp/rv park but has everything you need along with a great location and a fantastic host. Despite what some other reviews have indicated, Marge is wonderful host and completely reasonable to deal with... "if" you are a reasonable person. :o) Sites are an average size, the host does like to keep the grass area clear for mowing. Once mowed you can use the space as long as you are not damaging the ground making it unsightly for the next campers. And like any campground... if you don't follow the rules and regs (that you agreed to when you registered) she will stop by with a reminder or request that you observe them. We enjoyed our time there and will stay again whenever we get the chance. We are a family with 3 kids. Beaches, parks, bike trails and fruit stands were close and groceries in Lake Country were not far either. I highly recommend staying here if you like quiet, friendly and the beauty of Lake Country and Oyama!

First of all, we tried to cancel with 30 days notice to begin with due to covid, at which time she was extremely rude to me over the phone and said that she would not refund our deposit if we chose not to come. So we were forced to stay at the park because I did not want to lose that money. Then, when we pulled in, we were promptly greeted with 'we have a problem already', to which she pointed at a canopy that we had on the grass. Apparently you can't put anything on the grass, which limits your space to a tiny gravel strip, which is also not level. Also, get ready to be harassed every other day by this woman. She basically comes and snoops around your rv and knocks on your door to point out anything she doesn't like. It's so uncomfortable and far from a relaxing, quiet rv park that we are used to. Also this place is way overpriced. There are way better places to stay in the Okanagan for cheaper. Attached is a picture of the 'dog park', it's literally an unkept forest with a bunch of trailers parked in it.
