Despite of they were short of staff and she was so busy . She accepted to make ready my dress on time in just a few days even though it was very short notice. I am so happy with the result & highly recommend her. Regards

Luckily, my sister in law told me to bring it to get fixed at stitch it in the Promenade. Marzieh took on the project; she undid all the mess they had done at the other place and fixed the dress to perfection by hand. I had less than 24 hours to save the dress and didn’t think it was possible. I even bought an emergency second option cause I have a wedding on the weekend, and had given up on the original dress. Marzieh did a marvellous job; I will be returning the new dress and wearing the one she fixed! Thank you ??

It was a difficult spot to sew because of narrow sleeve as well as due to thickness of the sleeve. I was concerned as I didn’t want it to look bad after the repair and good repair that will be strong. Ms. Marzieh at the Promenade Mall in Thornhill was very understanding of my concerns. She assured me that she will do her best. She called me one day before the due date to say that my coat is ready for pickup. I am very happy with the quality of the repair and well before the promised time. I highly recommend them for any repair or alterations.

I needed adjustments on my two pairs of jeans, and was impressed by both the quality and the speed of work. I was helped by lovely Nikki - she was very sweet and her skillful work left me speechless. I was highly satisfied by the final results and didn't need further changes. One of the jeans was big on me, and after Nikki's work, it fit perfectly. The prices are very reasonable, and you won't be disappointed. Highly recommending to check them out!
