Wanted to attend at 4Pm for a salt cave session and was told they close at 5pm! Website said 7pm... As a first time customer they are leaving a negative impression and no desire to attend. Poor first impression and not at all reasonable! I would have been out by 4:55pm!! It’s 4:09pm now—doesn’t make sense!!

Read up on the guidelines - you MUST wear a mask in indoor spaces- her response was that she was behind the glass- yet every patient walks directly behind the glass- and when handing my receipt she definitely was not behind the glass. If Osteopaths want to be respected health care providers then need to educate their staff and act as health care providers. I regret allowing my son to continue his appointment today. With case counts so high and transmissibility of Omicron so easy it is just simply unacceptable to witness anyone out dealing with the public who does not have a mask on- but to see it in a “healthcare” setting makes me furious. I only have 1 star because I had to give a rating , if I could have given a -10 rating I would have. Just read on the website that it is MANDATORY for staff to be wearing PPE - Attention owners / managers NOT all of your staff is wearing PPE.

I suffered from plantar fasciitis for 2-3 years and tried every modality without success….until I met Holly. She was the only person who could fix my problem. Since then I’ve gone to her for back pain, calf pain, sinus infection, headaches etc - there’s nothing that she can’t fix. I tell everyone who will stand still about osteopathy! Haha

I spent a lot of time shadowing the osteopathic practitioners and have learned a lot! You can tell the patients absolutely love coming to the clinic and get a lot of relief from the treatments. Would highly recommend this clinic if you're looking for an Osteo.
