โ โ โ โ โ My sons fav place for ice cream , always trying a new flavor as they seem to always have new flavors ! Some classics ,and also some very interesting flavors! HUGE scoops for the price , and you have the option to do a cone or bowl ! totally worth it, we Love stopping here on our way home from a day at the river!

โ โ โ โ โ Edit - the owner's snotty, sarcastic response is a fabulous display of their customer service. 100% would recommend shopping somewhere that responds better to customer feedback. And by the way, if I wanted free product as you say I wouldnt have ordered $75 worth of candy and paid extra for fast shipping. The handling time and packaging were the issues communicated to you by email which you've chosen to ignore. But of course, no room for constructive criticism only rudeness. I wrote this review because your customer service sucks, and your response shows that clear as day.

All around terrible customer service. I was planning on making a very large bulk purchase from this shop but after a bad experience with a trial order and entirely unhelpful response that wont be happening. Perhaps consider someone taking the time to write you an email with concerns as a piece of constructive criticism rather than an opportunity for a rude and unhelpful response.
