I got a full ceramic coat on our new car + treatment for wheels, windows & interiors. Our car came out of his shop looking better than when we picked it up at the dealership.... & 2 months & 2 hand washes later, the exterior & interior look just as great. We just came back from a Tofino road trip, w/ the car spotted w/ salt, sand, & gravel dust (plus a messy interior w/ 2 kids & a dog) + the sap & bird droppings from the cedars next to our driveway. The car cleaned up perfectly thanks to Alex's handiwork... & his tips/kit for safe effective hand washing. That's the thing about Alex: he's a true professional who cares more about taking care of your car than even the most fussy owner! He is patient educating newbies like myself about coating options (w/ no pushy up-selling), has a meticulous shop that looks like an artist's studio, and offers great post-coating service and tips through his YouTube videos and brochures. In other words, he really, really knows the detailing business, keeps up to date on the best products and has a passion for perfection that makes your every $ count. Highest recommendation.

One year ago my wife and I purchased a pearl white Tesla Model 3 and brought it home to Victoria. I knew long before picking up the car in Vancouver that Teslas may suffer from poor paint, even off the showroom floor. I knew that paint correction and best-in-class ceramic coating was going to be right for a car that we want to keep for as long as possible. Our car lives outside, under oak trees, year round, and we needed good protection. This brings us to Alex at Stellar Finish Auto Detailing. Alex is just the kind of person you would want to take care of a job like this: exacting, careful, skilled and caring. A perfectionist who is driven to bring his clients' vehicles to a better-than-new level. He treats detailing as a profession. He regularly improves his knowledge and skills by taking classes, he invests in his tools and workshop, and he treats his clients with respect and care. But how is the Tesla? Amazing. One year after the coating, it still rinses off like a dream. Washing the car is a joy. If you are looking for the best detailing, or paint correction or coating in Victoria, or if you want to work with a true gentleman with an exceptional eye for detail, give Alex a call. As far as the professionalism of Stellar Finish Ltd., it was excellent. Alex explained all the procedures, has an amazing shop and is very knowledgeable about the products he uses. I'm very fussy and can spot a scratch at four kilometres so he fit the bill perfectly as far as his attention to detail. Because I'm a researcher guy, and like to know the answer before I ask the question, I didn't feel Alex tried to pressure or up sell me at any time. Hopefully, everything will work out as predicted. Would recommend his services to anyone who is fussy and wants to use his expertise. He takes great pride in the service that he provides!

From the first meeting you have with him he tells you exactly what he will be doing and gives you real advice on what products are best for you. He does not hard sell and gives you the information you need to make an informed decision on what level of product you want. I got the works on the exterior of my new vehicle, ceramic coating on panels, rims and plastics, the car being only a couple weeks old never looked better, even from the dealer it did not look this good. The work was impeccable and again Alex gave the best advice at keeping the coating in good state and advised me in best washing techniques for my vehicle. I will definitely be using Alex for any of my detailing needs in the future.
