★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Aways a pleasure to go here myy Dr I had today was awesome very professional and witty andade me feel very comfortable,but as I told her that I was VERY VERY uncomfortable with the amount of people in this office very uncomfortable,I think at one point there was 20people there and the girl behind the counter is telling everyone to were a mask but she doesn't ? Also I would like to add that there was a very nice lady working there with a cold,flu she should NOT be working ,this is suppose to be a professional business?

And to those who want to buy your glasses online, buyer be aware. There is undescribable difference in professional fitment, adjustment and customer care versus the online option. What's the value of the health of your eyes?

My eyes have changed substantially over the last few years and Dr. King always takes the time to help me find a prescription that works- contacts that fit comfortably. I love the selection of glasses and the knowledgeable staff to help.
All the staff are friendly and helpful. I highly recommend this company for your family's eye care.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I moved to the Steinbach area in late 2020 and needed to find an optometrist right away as past eye issues required a yearly exam in February. All the people I encountered while in the building were friendly and helpful, and served me as best as they could under COVID rules. Due to my past issues, the Doctor wanted to do further tests, and was able to squeeze me in for the test with just a short wait. The sales staff (for new glasses) were not pushy, and helped me find what would work within my budget.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I'm pretty sure this was the place my friend applied to and they refused to hire her because she is unvaccinated. This is 100% discrimination and people should refuse to give them business since they support medical segregation. Canada is based on freedom! Absolutely disgraceful! You should be ashamed...especially for a 98.7% survival rate virus. Do some research instead of watching propaganda from mainstream media. My friends, family and myself will never support you again .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Exceptional service! 30 minutes after walking into their beautiful establishment my vision was restored. The receptionist was quick to update my customer file and promptly transported what was left of my snapped frame to her colleague. Said colleague (my apologies, I neglected to catch either of their names) then researched and ordered my replacement part, provided me with eyewear to temporarily facilitate my return to functionality and improved my triple-booked day exponentially.
